Location was walkable, staff is friendly. Hotel is fit with the name. Rooms named with Turkish Literatür famous author names. That was fine.

Corner room shower cabin narrow. Walls need painting. Beş was ok but Pillow was hard.

There is a lift in the hotel and couple of parking slots near it. Low price.

Hotel needs refurbishment. Room floor was very dirty when we arrived. On our claim manager was disappointed and came himself to wash floors. After washing floor in the bathroom I mentioned that there is dirt in the room. Manager suggested me to wipe the floor in the room since he could not see where he dirt was. That was the best offer I got during my trip.

It's really mini hotel. But has everything。 The bad is a bit small

Washroom condition is very poor. Water clogged all the time. Also very bad smell in the room. We stayed for 2 days. Just somehow survived. They don’t have parking. They suggest their guest to park at the main road.

We had a great stay at Mini Fuar Hotel! The room has everything (closet, blankets, air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, etc.) in order to rest and sleep well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, Mini Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations positively. We will definitely be revisiting!

Good value-for-money place for short stays. Room and toilet were clean. The manager was very helpful and respectful and tried to solve everything.

Location is a bit far from commercial center, so for everything from money change to restaurants you will jave to go 15mins far at least. Might be ok with solo travellers but for someone with baby strollers, it was difficult. Breakfast is a negative. They serve limited quantity in a single plate. Though in pictures it was shown an open buffet. Still the Manager was helpful and got omelette made for the kid separately.

The hotel was fine, a bit far away from the train station while walking with carry-ons and the room was too small. Other than that, it was fine, comfortable for one night etc.

Good hotel in the heart of the city with a rather small room. But it's ok since the location is great - walking distances to the main culture park with running track and museums, waterfront promenade and about 20 minutes to the central square. Reception employees were very helpful and available all the time. Breakfast was not buffet - because of corona restrictions. But I recommend this hotel anyway if you seek for just a place to sleep for a couple of nights. Wi Fi is great. Coffee-tea-hot water are free during your stay. Both train stations to Efes and other regions - just 10-20 minutes walk.

Small rooms, need some renovation, poor and the same breakfast all the time.

That was an excellent stay. I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff and the location was close both to Izban and Underground.
