Should be advertised as a retirement home from home.

The spa was amazing I had a massage and salt scrub, very professional and listened to what I didn’t want.

A bit old and tired. We booked on B&B and had to go into restaurant when we arrived at 8pm had one plate of food and charged £26 each, very excessive. Maybe should be another option for people who have just arrived. We didn’t go back to the restaurant but ate out every night. Pools were freezing cold, perhaps have a heated pool outside? Entertainment is geared to the older generation, it was my 60th birthday and the entertainment was far too old for me.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Just about everything. Food, accomodation, service, was all excellent.

WiFi in the room, and internet in general, was very patchy, though it was OK elsewhere, in public areas.. The hotel network kept disappearing, and the internet connection kept dropping, though that is not unusual for Cyprus. The cabana we were allocated was too far from the pool and the loos.

Wonderful leisure holiday stay

Excellent staff, hotel was just lovely, very clean, good facilities. Lovely breakfast buffet. Great location. The staff was so helpful and pleasant, very accommodating. We will definitely return for our next leisure vacation.

The mini market was closed over the weekend.

Good quality hotel

Good rooms, great coffee, excellent food. Garden and pools are lovely.

Beach set up is poor. Boardwalk needs improving and extending with proper swimming platform.

Unhappy, very poor quality and a waste of time and money.

Housekeepers was good, especially Yianna who spoke better English than the people at reception who was on duty between 2-4pm on 21st Nov.

The hotel reception staff were very slow with broken English. They acted in an unprofessional manner showing no patience, arguing with us and even throwing our change from cash at us. They also didn’t know the area at all because when we asked for directions to the local amenities they couldn’t tell us. I ended up having to ask another tourist/holidaymaker. Very laughable! I booked 2 rooms, one of which is supposed to be a sea view but it turns out it was a view of a dirty roof. We requested single beds for both rooms but were given doubles. When we complained they said there was no manager so they could not change the room…..4 star hotel, are you sure!! We spent over 2 hours trying to sort it out which very much ruined our holiday mood. The whole party was very unhappy. We have been to Europe 4 times this year and this was the worst experience by far. I’m sure not all the Cyprus hotels are like this but this has put us off from visiting again.

Very chilled holiday , evening entertainment could be better and the hotel feels dated but these negatives are outweighe

Beachfront , with very nice location , very professional staff who couldn’t do enough for you.

Room air con didn’t seem that good , limited TV stations .

Quiet, clean and stylish hotel in great location.

Room facilities, staff, food, hotel facilities, cleanliness, beach...all exceptional. Fabulous range of food for all meals. Staff very attentive and polite. Beach, pool and gardens all immaculate.

Range of beers very limited and poor quality. Price of wine with meals very high and all quite poor poor quality. Need to spend 30 euros for something decent.

Excellent, beautiful hotel, very clean, nice rooms, bed so comfortable and relaxing, everything perfect (Thank you for the fruits and the wine as a welcome gift :-) , breakfast was amazing, too many choices and perfect service everywhere (bars, restaurants) , nice location by the sea and beautiful beach, also garden and walking path around the hotel, furthermore the SPA massage therapist were experienced professionals, it was great! We had an amazing and relaxing holiday at this adults only hotel, see you soon next time for sure! :-)

Good but could be better.

Overall the hotel is lovely and as past guests next door a few years ago, we got 15% discount on everything whis was good.

Didn't like the food very much. Tea and coffee at breakfast we had to do ourselves cos the coffee on the table was cold. Bacon was fatty, everything had a funny taste. We ate at the Olive tree one lunch time and it was awful I couldn't and didn't eat my meal and hubby ate half of his The toilet in our room didn't flush everything, and shower door so small the room flooded.

Overall pleasant stay

The Junior Suite (land view) was spacious and comfortable. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit which was a nice touch. The weather was incredibly hot and humid during our stay—thankfully our room had reliable AC and the hotel pool provided some respite during the day. The ice machine in the hallway was also very appreciated.

This bizarre episode on our last day: one of the young ladies at reception booked a taxi to the airport for us and mentioned it would be a certain price—ended up being a different price once we were in the cab, which wasn't too big of a deal, however, the cab driver decided to call her to check with her (and perhaps tell her off for saying a lower price as he didn't sound too happy!) but she negated ever speaking to us, essentially making it seem like we were trying to rip him off.

Everything was great! The staff was amazing and so nice all the time. All of the areas were always clean and organized and comfortable. The food was really nice as well. It was a perfect stay!! I really recommend going there!

Staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable.

We felt the hotel lacked evening entertainment for younger couples. The sun loungers are not fit for purpose as the arms on the loungers are like lava in the heat. The water pressure in the showers was a bit of throughout the stay often led to the shower not working at times.
