It’s a very good spot quiet close to the centre of the town.
If you go there by car, don’t take the wrong streets.

It was complicated to park as the courtyard is very small. Recommended to use the cameras on while parking. But this is common in Cesky Krumlov, so no score reduction for that.

The room was so small!!!!! You had to sit on the loo sideways because the sink was over it!

Location is great and staff is very helpful, car park is a great offer to have in this city. Breakfast is enough to start your day.
Bed is very very uncomfortable, not possible to sleep. Cleanings is a issue, so many bugs in the room. It was a very uncomfortable night with no sleep.
And NO HOT WATER for shower... disaster....

We were warned that the room was small and it was BUT it is big enough for 2 people + luggage for an overnight or weekend stay - after all if you are only sleeping there then how much room do you really need. The location is amazing with just a 20 metre walk to a bridge into the old town. There are also several restaurants/bars within 100 meters.
Access road is narrow and cobbled but OK if you take it slowly. It really is a small room - I wouldn't recommend you book it for longer than a few days.

Great bedding and a dark and quiet room meant perfect sleep.
Superb breakfast with the young lady refreshing everything everytime someone took something.

Nothing about all, it was great. Can't adjust shower head in hight and angle, but that's a tiny little thing.
