Good choice for breakfast although cooked food slightly on cold side.Staff very caring and attentive.
Room size was superb and exceptionally clean.
TV was only available in Danish.
Bar closed at 1030.

Det tog alt for lang tid at checke ind, jeg stod i kø med kun to personer foran mig, og mange bag mig, alligevel gik der næsten en halv time før jeg fik min nøgle. Naturligvis skal alle lære, og receptionisten var utrolig sød og venlig, men I kunne godt have sat en mere på ved indtjekning kl. 16, hvor de fleste kommer for at checke ind.

No fridge at our room! too few lifts for a huge building like this.

They don't clean the room everyday because of environmental reasons 🤔🤣
We asked them the second day to clean the room but they didn't clean..we asked them again the next day and they clean but the cleaning was very poor!

Beautiful hotel, good location. nice and clean room, pleasant receptionist.
We were 2 adults and 5 years old child. we paid for little bit more expensive room where should fit 3 adults (not 2 adults and 1 child). but we got double bed with… baby cot (for 5 year’s old!)…
and between 2 nights, we didn’t got cleaning (well maybe they don’t provide cleaning while you staying, but it was first time in hotel and strange experience)

poor beds, shower could have been better and there was nothing cosy in the room even if it was very big and clean. need to improve interior and niceness. too expensive for what you get.

the location was very close to Herning Station (1min walk). We were allowed to use the Sauna and staff was very helpful during Christmas period.
really enjoyed the breakfast facilities.
the room was bit basic, the bathroom had a gross shower curtain with basic tiles. We asked the staff to clean the room and provide fresh towels, however didn’t receive this.
