Die Zimmerausstattung in Villen ist sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist geschmackvoll, jedoch keine Abwechslung.

Am Pool und Beachbereich gibt es keinen Schatten. Alle 30 Minuten muss man die sehr schweren Schirme und Liegen ( für viele garnicht machbar auf Grund des Gewichtes) verrücken. Das Restaurant bietet kleine Portionen zu teuren Preisen an. Viele Urlauber gehen ins Nachbar Restaurant, bei uns leider immer durchs kniehohe Wasser, Grund war die abendliche Flut. Dort stimmt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Der Shuttlebus wird viel zu wenig angeboten und das zu schlechten Uhrzeiten. Abends ist man an das Hotel gefesselt, zu weit weg vom abendlichen Geschehen auf Koh Chang.

Sehr ästhetische Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, direkter Zugang zum Meer, ausreichend Liegen, schöner Strand, etwas schade, dass er eine Hälfte des Tages von der Flut überschwemmt. Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab guten Cappuccino, wer gerne Eier mag oder warmes Essen am Morgen für den gab es reichlich. Wir hatten ein Villa mit Zugang zu einem gemeinschaftlichen Pool, hatten uns gegen ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool im Haupthaus entschieden weil nirgends zu lesen war, dass diese auch noch einen Balkon haben. Wie wir jetzt erfahren haben, haben sie auch einen Pool, sollen sehr ruhig sein und haben eine tolle-Aussicht.

Es gab keinen natürlichen Schatten am Pool und am Strandabschnitt des Hotels, nur Schirme und die geben nicht den ganzen Tag Schatten. Da es aber genügend Liegen gab, konnten wir während des Tages zu Liegen im Schatten wechseln.

The Main-building with some normal rooms, breakfast-area, long pool and main-counter was very beautiful build/casted in wood. Fits very good in the environment. But it is a pity, that the wood is bad maintained... The breakfast is very wide and good selected. The garden-area around is nice and rather good maintained.

Just facts: For € 300,- per night, we booked a "hideaway-villa". They gave us the one directly behind the restaurant-kitchen and toilets, where ALL guests from Pool, seaside-beach and restaurant went to. It was horrible stinking all the time and the mostly coming wind from sea, came to the room We decided NOT to take this horrible situation for almost 2 weeks. The manager of the hotel did not accept to cancel! Instead then we got offered another one, directly at the parking, where cars started by 6.00 daily, bringing guests from hotel away... as cancelling did not work, we "swallowed the bitter pill" and chose this one. 15.00h was check in, we got room very bad cleaned at 16.30h afternoon, including bedlinen from the guests before, full of hair... 2 days later, i was sitting outside on terrace, as almost got hit by parts of the roof (stonetiles). The hit the earth just 50 cm away from me. Answer from management to this: OH, we are so sorry, we repair... Bathroom was a buildingsite - stones in the floor, where missing. Maindoor to close, was always a bet. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not and minutes or trying to close where invested... THE POOL in the main-building is very nice with 70 metres length. Good for people who like to swim long distances, BUT who is there with children, should be alarmed: There are a few lights, which hang loose into the pool, with open wires...! The beach-area would be nice, if showers where maintained and beach-rests/umbrellas would be repaired or changed! From about 50 beach-rests, NOT A SINGLE ONE is in good shape. ALL are broken, missing parts, nails and screws are showing up, where injuries are programmed. I damaged T-Shirt and hurt myself with showing up nails. The Umbrellas are old, dirty and some damaged. ALL OVER: The bungalows are about 20 years old. Somebody spent a good amount money to build and it is a shame, they are so bad maintained. Same for the beach-area, especially beach-rests and umbrellas...
