Great value for money.

Two storey so nice for family with older kids. Loved the outdoor spa bath! Great location in quiet part of Broadbeach.

Weird how the shower is in the main bedroom. Quirky.

Great Location

The apartments are in a great location although a little noisy as they are right on the busy highway. Our apartment was towards the back of the complex so probably not as noisy as some of the others. Pacific Fair shopping centre is directly across the road so that was a bonus and it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach. The spa pool and pool were a nice way to end the day and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and take always within walking distance. The free off street parking was a bonus too!

The apartment although very clean and quite comfortable is a little outdated and could do with a freshen up and some basic maintenance. It’s also self catered so there wasn’t much in the way of complimentary tea, coffee etc and bathroom supplies.

Stay in the middle of an area of things to do all in walking distance, but also tram and bus service

We had a great visit, managers were so helpful. the surrounding of portobello were just great. room fantastic all round great stay. Gardens and pool area looked great. Information about what we could do from the managers was really good, especially booking on line for us, and suggesting things we had not considered.

the resort was clean quiet and very comfortable, the fact it has not lifts did not worry us at all. The rooms very nice and comfy, managers helpful and just a nice home away from home feel. Pool and garden area loverly.

Perfect location for a weekend away on the Gold Coast

Superb

The place was very easy to get into and it was clean. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit and just about every appliance you could want.

The only thing was the bed was a little firm for me. There was also just the generic confusion dealing with stuff from a different country.

It was ok, but shouldn’t really cost that much, location isn’t everything.

Amazing location, just a short walk from the beach!

Lots of things are broken and not working, including sofa bed or air conditioning.

room was dark and dingy, very dated desperate need of remodelling. air con in living area broken and no air con or opening windows in bedroom. do not recommend room 8. Other rooms may be better. management were lovely. location great. Pool and facilities outside good,

Convenient location

The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well set out, location was good. Secure car parking.

The apartment is 2 storey, no air conditioner upstairs in the main bedroom, no flyscreens on the windows or doors to allow for ventilation, No lifts and we were on the top floor.

A nice clean and comfortable apartment with a private balcony overlooking the pool area. Great location near Pacific Fair and a short walk to the beach. Bus stop near by makes it easy to get around. Friendly hosts and helpful with advice.

perfect location and layout was ideal for us. Early check in was hugely appreciatedd

Bathroom light did not work and we were over run by ants. You need to be clearer in your advertising that toiletries and toilet paper do not get topped up

Fantastic location. Easy access in and out. Spa was amazing. Room was clean and new.

Close to everything - pacific fair, public transport, restaurants, beach. The staff are great and very happy to help in any way. Have stayed here before and had a great time. Highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect getaway

Location was great, walking distance to most places in broadbeach. Hosts were absolutely amazing so welcoming made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely enjoyable stay thankyou 😊

Main bed was soft and uncomfortable, no AC upstairs and the fan wasn't located over the bed.

Clean, spacious ,convenient. hosts are lovely too

clean, spacious, close to the beach. hot tub is nice too

nothing really. personally I will like it to have a bit more sunlight comes through, but it is a ground floor unit and got plants in balcony for privacy reason. so it’s understandable.
