If you approach the hotel from the back entry the road isn't the best

Never stay in such a pathetic hotel ,they are not having an idea how to run a hotel specially when they r claiming a 4 or 5 star property. I booked the royal club rooms for two they r expensive but i booked to have confort. There lower category rooms are not at all good. The bathrooms are too bad , not maintained at all.just to make fool they managed to add shower area in the same size bathroom whi h is in lower category rooms. Making fool of guests. The staff doesn't know how to manage the guests they r clueless n just following what told to them by the owners . I lost my room key once ,they said I have to pay for get new key else you can't go to ur room. Never ever seen this in any hotel wherever I stayed. Ladt night I can't sleep bcos there was a conference next morning n they r preparing stands at 12 am in night n goes upto morning. Hammering noise is touch. They r idiots actually they realized that it's not right but to earn some money they r just not taking care of guests who r staying there also. Really owfull and pissed off from this hotel. I won't recommend anyone to stay here ,better to stay on the road side. But not In this hotel. No management it's just one man show looks like.

centrally located - close to shopping and restaurants. nice beds in superior rooms Tiger trails restaurant was fabolous

Pool area very dirty. Pool and floors filled with carbon. Terrible music in the bar (Girls night out) OMG. Rooms were old and bathtub dirty. Too many banquets and weddings (lot of noise)
