Sapporo is great, location is great, cost not worth the value

1, Very small 2, cost very high: 3ppl one 23sqm room with 3 breakfast compared to Ctrip two 21sqm rooms with 3 breakfast: cost me 100USD per night higher 3, I see the guy using bath towel to clean the mug

Exceptional

Amazing location near Sapporo Station. The rooms are tiny but that is expected of the Sapporo city centre, housekeeping does an amazing job and staff are generally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay given that the room was 21 sq m.

The breakfast was value for money. The variety provided was reasonable. Location of the hotel was central as it was within walking distance to Sapporo Station and a number of snapping malls and eateries.

The selection of TV programmes was very limited. Would appreciate news in English; not just in Japanese.

Super Sapporo Stay at Ana Crowne

Front office staff had a good command of english and checked us in in record time, thank you. Charming and young Fo staff are. The room was very comfortable and the amenities complete, thank you very much, though the room was not located at a high floor, as requested, but a middle one. Looking forward to a specified floor next time. Laundry was efficient and clean. Received our items on time and neatly wrapped individually(!). Very impressive.

The gym being “tight,” reservation requirement was understable but the lady at the gym’s entrance with whom we inquired was not very encouraging and slightly uptight with her responses…seemingly having a sore day.

spacing suitable with the price and location. convenience with Seico Mart downstair at lobby.

Will never use again and never recommended.

I do not see anything I like at this specific hotel.

Room is too small compared to the price paid. I have stayed at the same hotel six months ago and the price was half. This hotel has only one restaurant ran by cheap Italian chain restaurant not suitable for IHG hotel chain. Burnt pizzas, lack of beverages and staff were rude.

Comfortable stay

Comfortable room. Large bed but leaves little room for luggages. Great & unblocked view from my room. Very helpful staff. Quite convenient - access to subway entry (#21) is less than 50 m away (no lift for luggages though). If you need access to lift, use #23 or #24 with is only across the road.

Breakfast choice is limited considering this is a 5-star hotel. Feels a bit old and tired.

Our visit to Sapporo was made enjoyable and memorable partly because of our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Sapporo. The

The staff was exceptional! Extremely helpful even though there was a language barrier, they were always wanting to help make our stay enjoyable be it assistance in directions or booking a taxi, etc! The Simmons beds were extremely comfortable too!

The rooms were a bit small but is common in Japan. We had in each room 3 big check in baggage and a hand-carry and both rooms did not have enough space for these.

nice hotel but if you want yo access subway in snow stay else

rooms were comfortable and clean

the hotel has no direct access to the subway and having to move suitcases in the snow isn’t easy other hotels have access to subway
