The view, the cleanliness and location

Our apartment has a very small bathroom - wouldn’t put me off staying again but I would choose a different apartment

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is very new and the facilities are in very good condition. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The view from the room was stunning. We especially appreciated the level of service and friendliness. The young girl working at the front desk was so kind and helpful. A true talent in the hotel industry!

Everything! The location was exactly what we searched for: quiet and cozy. The staff was super friendly and they were also really helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. 10/10 would recommend 😊

There was no service in Shelva at night

Room was very nice with plenty of parking available. Pool is big and clean. Staff are very helpful especially at front desk.

Their is no restaurant in the hotel and not a good selection around at all so you will probably have to drive to somewhere reasonable. Pool area is split between a number of hotels with assigned seating which confused us a little

Brand new hotel, amazing service, staff very friendly. Stunning views, near by beach (walking distance)with crystal clear water. Breakfast was rich in fresh fruits, beverages and snacks. Rooms are large with top of the line air conditioning units. Highly recommend it. Thank You Toto

Crossing the road when walking to the beach need to be extra cautious. Otherwise there is Nothing bad about this hotel!

The staff was not friendly at all

We checked in at 01:30 AM and we had no problem, even though it was really late at night. The rooms are modern and well decorated, very spacious, including a nice bathroom. There is a minibar, and although it is empty, you can pick whatever drink you want at the reception, even at night, and charge to your room on the next day. The staff/ owners are really nice and try to make everything to make your stay enjoyable - they even put together a huge breakfast tray for us when we were late, after breakfast hours. Pool is great and there is plenty of space (beach chairs/ umbrellas). The view is fantastic - including the nice balcony facing the beach. There is a stunning small beach in front of the hotel (you can get 2 chairs + umbrella for EUR 10). The hotel is about 3,5 km from the busy center, so you are in a peaceful area. There is a market less than 100m from the hotel, as well as some restaurants at walking distance. Parking is available for free 24/7.

The hotel is pretty new, so there are things that could be better. For example, the housekeeping service was a bit erratic, some days we had it, others didn't, even though we left the sign at the door. The hotel does not offer lunch/ dinner - sometimes I wish to have at least some snacks during the day, as you do not want to leave the pool/ beach to go look for a place to eat nearby. You have to walk with caution on the road, as most of the time there are no sidewalks.

Great place for resting and relaxing for a week or just a few days. Helpful staff, delicious breakfast and big pool.

The room could have done with being a little bit bigger. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcomed in the room as we only got 1 free coffee per day with breakfast, then we had to purchase any additional. We had our own tea/coffee but no facilities in our room. The bathroom was stylishly decorated and well equipped but was a little bit smelly.

Right on the seafront, best view! A few minutes from the beach. Beautiful and large room.

This is quite a big hotel with lots of families so the pool and breakfast were quite noisy with kids.

they didn’t have an in house kitchen that meant going out to eat which was fine but our price was breakfast included and the food was cold with no microwave to heat it up.

The view is amazing, the room is clean and modern enough , the swimming pool is big and always accessible. We visited 7 hotels during our holidays and in Toto was provided the best breakfast, very tasty and plenty of food. Staff as well is kind.

The location is too boring, nothing to do there if you wanna go outside. As well the hotel doesn't serve the dinner, even to boil water for tea in the evening is not possible, that is why we went to find something in that area, but roads do not have pedestrian paths and quite unsafe.

Perfect location and nice views from the balcony, very close to the city of Vlora. Breakfast was great and very friendly staff and owners.

It was a out of main season booking and there were not many people staying at the hotel. Pool was not ready for swimm but also the weather was not so warm.
