O quarto é amplo, confortável, silencioso e com uma bela vista.
A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. O serviço de quarto não foi muito eficiente quando solicitado.

El desayuno está muy bien. Había hummus muy rico y la variedad de frutas naturales y tambien comida salada, todo muy buena calidad. El personal es super amable, en la recepción y tambien en el restaurante, etc.

The hotel is like a monument on the edge of the old town! Perfect location, close to the ferry if you are coming from Buenos Aires. Casino for spending local currency :) You can pay by credit card everywhere. Diego at the reception allowed us to check in 4 hours early.
Coffee machine in the room without having to make coffee. Don't expect sparkling wine at breakfast like in European 5* hotels. But this seems to be the general practice in America :)

Wir haben ein Suite auf einem oberen Stockwerk bestellt um eine schöne Stadtpanorama zu genießen. Das war einfach genial. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war ganz schön und sauber. Das Frühstück befindet sich auf der obersten Etage und hat die beste Aussicht. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr groß und ist am Abend fast leer - sehr zu empfehlen!
Es ist eher ein Hotel für Geschäftsleute. Die Bedienung erfolgt ohne besondere Wärme. Als Familie fühlt man sich fehl am Platz. Das Frühstück war für uns eine Enttäuschung, es war nicht besonders lecker

Es lindo y limpio y el joven que da información turística en su counter de atención muy amable, coordina todos los transportes sin problema y orienta muy bien.
El personal de la recepción es bastante ignorante… no saben dar información, respecto a las mismas instalaciones del hotel . Les hace falta una capacitación de atención al público, ya que son la cara visible y lo primero que uno encuentra en el hotel o con quien solicita ayuda respecto a las instalaciones. Y lo peor de lo peor es el desayuno, fruta podrida , manzanas agujereadas y ni hablar del café… era asqueroso y si uno quiere un café un poco mejor calidad debe pagarlo. Cualquier café instantáneo es mejor que lo que tienen para ofrecer en el desayuno buffet . Ya que la respuesta de la encargada de desayuno, es que “si quiere otro café .. pague!!!”

Todo. El hotel es hermoso. La piscina, los jacuzzis, el desayuno es incomparable. El personal muy atento. 1000% recomendable.
Como fuimos en auto y somos uruguayos no nos interesa mucho la ubicación, aunque de igual manera es una zona linda para pasear y hay buses, taxis continuamente.
Me gustó todo. Este comentario es para extranjeros... usen taxi, de preferencia que lo pida el hotel, igualmente son seguros. El otro servicio, el de la app mundial, en Uruguay es caro.

Breakfast is excellent, the view from the dinner is very nice (you can view the Montevideo´s Docks and part of the western bay), the pool was at the right temperature, very clean and comfortable to use, a lot of accessories available to use (life vest, inflatables toys, etc.). The food served in the top floor restaurant was also excellent. Its an excellent place for a quick stop in Montevideo, its very well located in the old center.
The room had a connecting door to another room that wasn't working properly, the minibar is not stocked and some of the information provided was not updated (i.e.; working hours of the restaurants). Parking space is very limited and a little narrow.

-As acomodações bem bonitas, muito espaçosas e confortáveis (apesar da “baixa iluminação no quarto” e carpetes que li aqui nas reclamações achei que acabou deixando o ambiente mais aconchegante e romântico!)
-A área de lazer (piscina e cassino) foi o que salvou nossa viagem, já que nosso fim de semana foi bastante chuvoso.
-Próximo ao mercado del puerto e él fogon (restaurantes que tínhamos escolhido para conhecer)
-No meu checkin a recepcionista não foi tão receptiva (como vi muitos reclamarem aqui), mas tudo bem! Porém no checkout, o atendente “Diego” supriu com um excelente atendimento!
-Café da manhã muito bom e com uma vista top.
-Controle individual do quarto

La reserva era a las 15hs, llegue 15:40 y tuve que esperar hasta pasadas las 16 hs porque no me habían asignado habitación.
La tarjeta de la habitación se utiliza para el ascensor, pues no me explicaron eso...cuando subí al ascensor me di cuenta del funcionamiento, pero la tarjeta había quedado mal habilitada...por lo cual estuve un par de minutos encerrada en el ascensor sin entender que pasaba porque tampoco abria. Hasta que alguien del piso 11 pidió y se abrió y me explico que tenía que reclamar la tarjeta etcetc.
Había viento y era re incomodo dormir con el ruido que generaba.
Nos olvidamos unas pulseras que explique tenían valor simbólico y dijeron que no estaban y fin...sin mostrar empatía o interés en resolver el asunto.

Loved the location - perfect for exploring the old town area on foot.
Room was a little bit noisy.
Breakfast was OK, but not great. (Would have liked to see some yoghurt and a greater range of hot breakfast items eg mushrooms, sausages etc). Coffee machine didn't work either morning.
Staff were all v helpful.

O hotel além de ter uma localização maravilhosa no ❤️ de Montevidéu. Amei o atendimento e as instalaçoēs. O café da manhã muito gostoso com suco de laranja e variaedades. Os funcionários da recepção muito gentis, em especial o " Fabian" o concierge muito querido e simpático conosco. O hotel é simplesmente divino.

Quartos espaçosos e muito confortáveis. Ficamos em suíte king. A área do spa é absolutamente incrível, com piscina grande, espaço para brincar e nadar confortavelmente. Tem sauna, solário, sala de jogos com pingue pongue e bilhar. Localização muito boa para quem gosta da parte mais antiga da cidade. Próximo do mercado do puerto.
Como o prédio é antigo, faz um pouco de barulho.

Acomodações boas e limpas, colchão velho já passou a hora de trocar ! O menino que nós atendeu quando chegamos e levou nossas malas no quarto foi nota 10000, gente boa, prestativo, resolveu nosso problema da estadia e super animado e comunicativo, indicando passeios e todas as informações do hotel.
O restaurante do hotel achei absurdo a cobrança de couvert sem nenhum MOTIVO, pasmem. A garçonete tentou nos dar uma desculpa para o motivo da cobrança mas não COLOU. O ponto negativo a falar também, parece que estão nos prestando um favor e não nos servindo no restaurante, chegou a hora eles literalmente expulsão os clientes.

El conjunto de instalaciones en general. Está muy bueno, te invita a no salir del hotel.. Sobre todo si hay mal tiempo ese día.
La atención del personal impecable.
La caja fuerte muy fácil de usar (he visto cosas muy complicadas de gusto en otros hoteles).
Las únicas 2 cosas que no me gustaron pero son algo menor.. El gusto del café no me gustó nada en el desayuno. No consulté con el personal .. Pero era demasiado amargo para mi gusto y no sentí gusto a café para nada.
Lo otro es que la habitación sería bueno que tuviera un perchero, y los ganchos para ropa del baño, qué haya uno más, con uno solo no nos alcanzó.

Localização, conforto, limpeza e instalações muito boas.
Na chegada o guarda da frente não tirava os cones para estacionar. Veio dizer que não podia estacionar ao invés de oferecer ajuda, trânsito forte e não tem entrada para os veículos, ou seja, tem que retirar os cones para poder descarregar o carro. Tirou com tanta má vontade que bateu o cone de ferro no carro alugado. Ninguém ajudou a descer as malas, fui com duas filhas, (3 mulheres.) Escadaria na frente, tivemos que subir tudo sozinhas. Ninguém veio ajudar com nada, nem depois que entramos. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, está muito, muito longe no atendimento.
A noite muitas garotas de programa passam pelo lobby e restaurante do hotel em direção ao cassino. O hotel é lindo. Mas não retornaria.

The location, the comfort
The service team is not well trained. 1- it took 15 minutes to get a glasss of wine in the lobby bar (and the were not many people). 2- The day of check-out I went to the lobby and the service gentlemen took me to the taxi oiutside making me miss check-out. He should have reminded me. 3- One evening I went to Reception to ask for a bottle of water. The young lady told me in my face "just call room service" when it was nothing for her to help. Radisson Hotels should be severe with the General Manager esppecially at the cost the rooms cost per night.
