ski in, ski out

all the staffs are nice & polite except one skinny reception, we check in for 2 hours called her several times for our luggage, she even didn't know where was the luggage. when we ski down to the town calling her asking where can we get the shuttle bus, she told us it's on the main street, and asked us to check with people on the street!

Generous hotel and excellent service (reception, restaurant, cleaning), comfortable room - large size, lots of storage space, comfortable bed, great bathroom, infrared sauna in the bathroom, terrace with a view of the ski slope, welcome drink, SPA and storage room after check out. Famous dinner, pleasant breakfast, snacks after lunch. The sun terrace by the restaurant is great for apres ski. A pleasant SPA with an outdoor heated pool overlooking the slopes. Everything new, tasteful interior, fragrant wood everywhere. Whoever invented it did it with love and understanding. Perfect service, perfect place, top comfort, definitely one of the TOP.

Good impression since check in, a 5 star hotel treatment during check in, great location on the slope, large wellness area and for all person, textile and textile free. We choose for the first time a mountain hotel with modern looks, as we like more traditional ones, but we felt very comfortable. They used a lot of wood,therefore the feeling that you are at the mountain was always present.

The table position, but considering that we stayed only one night we accept it.

ski in, ski out. Great set menus for breakfast and dinner. Recreation facilities beautiful. Room was clean, beautiful view, and quiet. Staff always helpful.

Must know the hotel makes the town of Solden inaccessible except by taxi service or car.

Cozy, mountain style hotel, in a perfect location offering an astonishing mountain view right from your room, restaurant and pool, exactly as advertised. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, SPA area is exceptional, also there is a sunny terrace where you can rest for a moment and have a drink in between the rides. Great ski-in/ski-out provided. Special credit goes to the restaurant - breakfast, lunch and a la carte dinner were brilliant and we enjoyed the food a lot.

Nothing in particular. Probably one thing is that not everyone is comfortable with English, so had to recall my German skills from primary school. But the staff were always very nice and found somebody who can help with translation. Not a deal breaker at all.
