Fabulous location everything you need and more in the apartment. Including a fabulous bottle of champagne in the fridge. Secure Parking on site.

The lift unfortunately was out of order for our stay but Audrey and Audrey were brilliant. They helped us in and out of the apartment with our bags.

Nice apartment Location is excellent! Audrey had been helpful. Facilities is great, well equipped kitchen, laundry machine and the car park😀

There was s facade working that make on and off noise in the in the office hour.

Fantastic location, secure parking and lifts. Balconies to both bedrooms and lounge. Owners have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay.

My only complaint is that The Avenue de Champagne was busy with traffic throughout the night(obviously not the owner’s fault)!

The location and size of the apartment.

The only problem was only one toilet. The description was for a bathroom and separate toilet which led us to believe there were two. Also no handbasin in the toilet. The place would be perfect if this could somehow be rectified.

This December, we have visted Epernay for the Habits des Lumieres! A great choice!! The location was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable. Being winter time, we felt very cosy in this apartment. The host is very nice!

This is a very minor comment and more for those who are not used with private apartments in this region. The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms which can be very comfortable but at the same time a bit tricky if the toilet is next to the kitchen and several of us are sharing the apartment. All in all it worked very well to us! :)

Brilliant location in the centre of the avenue de Champagne! The apartment is really nicely decorated with 2 lovely bedrooms and 2 outdoor balconies. It was also really well provisioned and the bottle of champagne from the owner a nice touch. There was also plenty of free parking and a single space in the garage. Audrey was very welcoming and we also enjoyed visiting her champagne house.
