Great location for staying near family who own at BSM. Marina view with easy access to meals, entertainment, and morning walks right from the unit.

Very hard to find the cond since I arrive after dart anb it was pouring rain. There were a couple of very nice residente that helped.

Perfect little condo for 2 people. Great view of the harbor. Pool was perfect and nice areas to sit and have some food or drinks. We rented a boat 2 separate days from Leisure Time Boat rental. Randal and Mellisa were great. Cass Cay restaurant was right next door and was great. Washer and dryer was nice plus for a small condo. Will rent again if we come back to BSM.

This is a great condo… Right on the Marina. Gorgeous views, wonderful to be able to relax on the lanai and have a night with windows open or with just screens or with inclement weather can be closed in by glass. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the restaurant next-door. Would stay again.

The condo was lovely with a great view of the marina. The people I visited live in the Burnt Store neighborhood in Cape Coral. The unit is somewhat dated and could use some bathroom fixture improvements but overall it was perfect for my needs and I would certainly stay there again.

Love this Condo!
We have stayed at the Keel Club for the last 20 years. Love the location, the accessibility, the local people are always friendly. This condo was decorated so perfectly. it has everything you need for a short stay or a long week. We're stay again in this unit in two weeks! The manager was extremely helpful

Gas dock in front of condo awaiting permanent pumps therefore trucked fuel in and parked in front of condo that continually ran from 7:30am until 5:00pm. Construction of docks continues requiring cranes and pounding all day. In and out boat services next door with hi-lows beeping all day. Restaurant next door live music 6 nights a week until 9pm and not your typical tiki bar music. Luckily we're early risers so enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee before 7:30am.

This property is sold as a vacation rental. No one wants to be woken up each morning at 5:30AM while on vacation by construction crews hollering back and forth and driving machinery around. They were rebuilding the seawall immediate in front of this condo building. In addition, the unit across the hall was undergoing renovation, and you had to dodge all the construction materials walking down the hall. Not a very inviting entrance. The property is a bit dated, but was clean, had appropriate supplies and kitchen gear, and was maintained well. The property is also next door to the only community restaurant and "night club". While they stopped by 9:30 each night (a requirement), It was quite loud each night with various bands. Couple of the bands were good, but the karaoke, well......... Again, if you're into all this activity, great, but this was not the relaxing vacation we were looking forward to. 3 strikes.
At the very least, we felt the situation should have been better communicated so we could have made informed decisions about our vacation. Part way through the vacation, the internet service was disrupted by the construction. Communications with owner/manager were responsive and it got got solved by the next day. Made it hard for us to conduct vital business that day though. When these issue were communicated to the owners, no attempt was made to remedy or compensate/offset the impacted experience.

Our overall stay was VERY positive. The place was very clean. We felt comfortable there. The view overlooking the marina was beautiful. It was very convenient with a restaurant in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. The only drawback was that the marina is having construction work done, so there was the noise of constuction equipment.

View from the balcony was just as the picture showed and we had a wonderful time. Lots of extras were supplied in the unit...we had friends over for dinner and they had extra chairs in the closet so we could all sit on the balcony.

No room for groceries, Cupboards full of owners stuff.
Recliner broken, desk chair leg not safe about to come apart.
Lighting sucked, sheets did not fit bed. Only table to eat from was in the screened area with only 2 chairs.

This property is stinky, literally. The decor is old and tired. There is such a strong cloying floral smell that my eyes watered and my husband couldn’t breathe. We had to sleep on the screened in porch.
Spraying chemical scents does not clean a place, just makes it more awful.
