The hotel was pretty average. Food wasn't great and not much variation. Biggest issue was the evening entertainment. We were expecting to have a relaxing stay to recharge a little bit but the entertainment was unbelievably loud until 11pm every night and sometimes 12. I wouldn't recommend.

The pool and the size of the room.
No slippers and the locking of the only dining room door towards the rooms that has a ramp.

Rooms and staff
The food was all indian. Every dish was indian dish.

The facility is very well designed. The rooms are quite spacious with enough storage and a nicely sized bed. The swimming pool is awesome. With that size, it doesn't matter how many people the hotel hosts. There is always space for everyone. The restaurants are terrific. A very wide range of meals with a barbecue and Italian choice on the side. They also tirelessly prepared food for my 8months baby.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Swimming pool was excellent
Smell of raw sewer near to accommodation.
My toilet flush didn't work on the day we arrived. Shower floor flooded

The staff here were exceptional! Particularly Defence (who was kind enough to show me what I could eat as i'm dairy intolerant), Miriam, Josphat, Walter, Rebecca and all the reception, guest relations and kitchen staff. I really do believe the staff here made our holiday. It was so nice to be greeted every morning and throughout the day with friendliness and the food was also very good!
We believe the hotel could be improved with more mosquito / insect control in the restaurant particularly where the fruit is. Would be good to cover this up.

the bedsheets and the towels were and and some of the worm out towels were disappointing

Great position on the beach and really friendly staff. Super pool and bistro dining
The guest entertainment after dinner ends (9.30pm) is really loud and most guests that I met resigned themselves to no sleep before 11.00pm. There was a function on the beach on the Saturday night and the volumn of the music was unbelievable throughout the resort. Ideally function areas should be well away from the rooms but the layout of the resort does not enable that.
Provided there was no function booked - I would stay again

The staff was amazing! They were friendly, always smiling, kind and very helpful
I don't like the fact that there was just similar buffet every day. To eat at the Italian and Barbecue restaurant you are expected to book in advance (a day before). Which takes the vacation mood because you don't know what type of food you are craving for until the moment itself.
I travelled with my son who is an infant, I was told to tell every time in advance (not telling once in advance) for his meal. And I kept doing that but it was like they always missing out an ingredient to make his food. They keep saying, oh we don't have avocado today, oh we don't have Banana today blah blah. He ate just anything they could have rather than the things he needs and used to.
The other issue was room services, as we were an all inclusive guests we paid for food in advance but my infant son was sleeping in different times because of the change of weather so we asked them if they could bring as a plate from the buffet, which we were told that we need to pay for both the food and the delivery not just the room service.
Anyways It is a very beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful but the rules weren't comfortable for parents like me. I looked forward to this trip because I had a very very bad year so I was hoping to relax a bit but it was just not what I hoped for.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the ocean view room we stayed in was lovely, overlooking the ocean so you can catch the gorgeous Diani sunrises!
The pools were clean, food was fresh and exceptional over every service, I highly recommend the breakfast in the pool offer for couples, it costs an extra USD 80 but great value for money as it was memorable and fun having floating breakfast in the pool.
Lots of activities to engage in on the beach as well, never a full moment.
All in all a wonderful and picturesque stay.

The manager was sorry we did not have a nice stay and paid us back the rest of the nights so we could stay at another hotel.
Not a place to relax, it's more of a wedding venue than a beach hotel. The staff prioritize the wedding and not the hotel guests. Unless you are going for a wedding, it's hard to have a good time. Loud music until late night right in the middle of the hotel so no sleeping until 11 o'clock. Needs to improve the hygiene at the restaurant and rooms. A few rude staff.

What we liked was the friendliness of the staff, and also the check in was easy as we did not have to wait to long.
Also, the general surrounding of the main areas was nice and clean.
Very easy access to surrounding shops and supermarkets as taxi services are always available morning and night.
The menu could have been much more of a variety instead of the same Indian menu daily in the main restaurant. Although they do have a grill and Italian restaurant, could do with some improvement on the menu.
The entertainment in the evening seems to be more biased towards the Indian community as well, with very little music or themes for other communities.
Mosquitoes in the room were a pest, no nets provided over the bed. We had a hard time sleeping due to the mosquitoes in the room.

Staff were generally friendly and efficient, pool was generally fine (a little murky for my taste but not terrible), location is great but any hotel right on Diani beach offers the same gorgeous beach.
Pretty low quality food (including their 'a la carte restaurants' which were basically the buffet food repackaged and slightly less bad), cocktails were pretty terrible (warm and watery) and only include the cheapest locally made alcohol, juices at the buffet were fake (made from flavouring packets maybe?) and had a lot added sugar which is a shame since local fresh fruits are so affordable, towels were very old and rough, pillows old and lumpy, literally *no* decor in the rooms (not even a basic bedside rug or a piece of art). Hotel needs to be updated/upgraded, feels like it's from 2003, and overall value for money just isn't there when compared with other similar properties.

Really superb ambience, full clean and hygiene rooms ..dedicated staff, food, and entertainment.
I need reception and guest relations should be more professional. We had small hiccup while checking in.. but after an hour all were sorted.

the pool and access top the beach are great!
the food was catered to Indian, this was a limitation for the kids.
coconut were falling from the palms, almost hit me in the head. this is a safety issue that they need to solve.

The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful and always looking after us. Many remembered our room number and always ensured we had what we needed.
The fruit selection in the restaurant is delicious and plentiful.
Cocktails were pleasant and always served with a smile!
Enjoyed two massages at the spa where the staff were amazing.
They say that the staff make an establishment, and the staff here were excellent
Check-in was absolute chaos. We arrived after a 15 hour journey and the check-in process took 2.5 hours. During this time we were not offered any refreshments except for a single coconut on arrival. The reception area is outside with no AC, but it is covered. Nevertheless, we were hot, bothered, tired and hungry and it felt like a battle to get assistance and access to our room. I understand that it was busy, but we were made to wait to be briefed with a large family who were unable to organised themselves, so found ourselves stood around waiting when we could easily have been briefed in just a few minutes by ourselves. Our room was not ready on time in any event and we had to just take it upon ourselves to seek out a place to sit and get some water since no one offered or directed us there. We would not have minded the wait had we been given a place to sit, relax and have some refreshments but as we crept over the 2 hour mark without so much as a bottle of water on offer, our patience wore thin.
Linens and towels are in dire need of replacement - many a threadbare and stained.
The entertainment goes on until 11:30 - 12pm every night. If you are anywhere close to this you will not be able to sleep with the loud music, PA system and horns sounding. Guests are of course entitled to have fun, and we ourselves enjoyed the entertainment but we had some excursions that required early mornings and would have preferred to have been able to sleep before midnight. Perhaps some soundproofing or even earplugs would be helpful! Would not recommend if you have children who would not be able to sleep in a night club.
The beach is amazing but you will be harassed by vendors the whole time. We were trying to relax on our loungers and were constantly approached. Even when we were trying to enjoy a swim in the sea they stood T the waters edge yelling to us and waiting for us to emerge.

Swimming pool and entertainment team.
The meals were just terrible!
Check in process was another nightmare especially the staff at the reception 😭. We waited for over 2hrs , no welcoming, no nothing.
A lot of racism especially on Black people. This is basically an Indian hotel to say the least.
Not pleased!!!!!
