Very nice staff. The location is great (5 min walk to the beach) and not too noisy. Big rooms and bathroom. Everything was clean. Towels for the beach/pool provided. Breakfast was good, we had a few choices from which we could select and the staff was able to modify the menu to accomodate us for the drinks. We asked to upgrade to the villa with the pool, which was a good thing since we could not swim at the beach due to too many big waves. The pool was at a reasonable temperature and about shoulder height.
Our pool was smaller than some other pools on the pictures. One of the bathroom door does not close properly.

Absolutely fantastic place. Wow !! was the exclamation from all family members. To sum it up A Cute Romantic Place very near to the beach and restaurants

I cannot fault Gracia Villa, our stay was wonderful, the staff are very attentive and professional, the villa itself was very spacious and clean, it was cleaned daily, we had breakfast served each morning (selected from a menu the day before), clean filtered water for drinking, very nice sized pool. The villa also had Netflix and YouTube - absolutely great! The location was amazing a few hundred metres from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars - no need for any transport. Thanks Gracia - we look forward to our next stay with you!!

Breakfast was decent .
Staff were polite
Laundry service was convenient.
The extra bed we requested was just a mattress and was very uncomfortable.
The living area was in the open air and staff came in at 6pm to do a mosquito spray.
The room doors were not properly sealed and there was a gap at the top of the door.
Toilet did not have a good flush.
Some towels had stains.

One of our favourite places we stayed on our trip, we were worried it may be a little small for 3 of us but was plenty of space and felt like a nice private oasis away after all the hustle and bustle. Room's were extremely large and the outdoor area was well kept. Short walk away until you are on a main street with bars & restaurants. There is also a minimart 100 metres away. Great villa will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was great. Staff were fantastic and always willing to help whenever we had requests. Location also great. Communication 10/10. Staff cleaned our Villa everyday and provided extra pool towels.

all of it! the secluded location with the beautiful outdoor space and the staff were so helpful and friendly every single day no matter the time of day.
everything was great, the alfresco style area took some getting use to but definitely appreciated it even on the rainy days

The place is quiet, secluded but in the middle of everything. The staffs are very attentive towards our needs. The place also about 5 minutes to the beach. We definitely will recommend this place to our friends.

The location, exceptional. Quiet but walking distance to shopping, cafes and the beach. The staff are wonderful. Dian, Ayu, Pandu and Wiyanti (sorry if I got the spelling wrong). They are responsive, very accommodating and lovely natured They are so pleasant and made our stay a truly great experience ❤

The tranquility spacious villa nice pool, staff second to none nothing too much trouble great team. Helped me organize flowers for my wife 1st wedding Anniversary to be delivered with breakfast which went down well with the wife overall a great holiday close to all beach shops and some great restaurants. Definitely recommend this place

Great location not far from beaches or restaurants and very quiet. Very clean with friendly staff. Pool was immaculate. Bed was comfortable and one of the best sleeps in a hotel I've ever had.

Stunning villa in great location in Seminyak. Despite being close to bars and beach clubs its a very quiet spot very close to the beach. The pool was gorgeous and the open plan living is really nice for chilling and reading during the afternoon.

It was so quiet and peaceful in the villa, despite it's proximity to the beach clubs. It was like walking into your own secret garden, but you also had everything you could want within easy walking distance. The staff were lovely and the included breakfast brought to the villa each morning was appreciated.
