Ubicación, baño limpio y ducha caliente
A diferencia de otros City Express donde eh llegado muy temprano y si tienen una habitación disponible me la daban de inmediato. Esta ocasión me dijeron claramente que tendria que esperar hasta las 3pm.

Sometimes front desk took too much time to open the doors to enter to the parking

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
The room phoneline did not work. The next room was noisy and loud until late hours. The fitness room has very few equipment, one stationary bicycle and one elliptical machine for cardio. One bench for weight lifting and that was all.

Both days we had to ask for towels and toiletries as they did not leave any during cleaning. The receptionist said the hotel was full and they were out of clean towels.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, very clean & functional room, great to include breakfast !!
I just noticed two things that you may improve:
1) The toiletry (Soap, Shampoo) did not get replenished every day.
2) The shower floor is very slippery, an anti-slip mat would help a lot.
