Nice Country, Great Place - Yerevan, amazing weather, Great People but need to be little humble.

The Restaurant Manager was really very nice Mr. Tigran. We wanted Jain food and he tried his best what he could to accommodate and give best we could eat. Moreover, they had pretty descent variety of food but the space they had restaurant was big and nice.It had Pool nearby so in summer it would be great outdoors. The Rooms were nice and spacious . For Family like us it was perfect rooms. Moreover, it was clean and Service staff was really good. The Beds were nice and comfy too.

Honestly, their Booking and Reception staff needs to know more to handle the clients. What ever request we made like early Check In - they replied No and asked for extra charges( 50%). There was no Shuttle service. They said we have not received the Payment from Booking.com and when we booked it was mentioned that you would be charged 2 days prior to Check In. I requested CASH - change in smaller denomination they could not help and just said sorry we don't have it. I would request management to have Courteous staff and one that helps its customers., because they take with you the name of the Hotel ( organisation) , your City and your Country. If the People are warm , courteous and nice you have such Nice Hotel and Room that you shall never run out of customers. If you go all out to help your customers they are bound to give good reviews and do word of mouth marketing.

Quite clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Had all my issues resolved immediately after contacting the reception.

The building utself is not new, and the balcony door was not tight, which may be a problem during windy winter nights. The food is good, but mostly the same every day, so breakfasts become a bit boring if you live there more than two nights.

Dated but passable hotel.

Friendly staff, free parking, comfortable beds, swimming pool outside, Tv provided.

Lights broken and blinking in the bathroom. Internet weak then down for an evening. A light doesn’t turn off next to the bed. Theres always a glow like its emergency lighting. Strange smell in bathroom. Breakfast food and overall standard of facilities could be better quality especially at the price.

The hotel is located in a very convenient and beautiful location. The service at the hotel was beyond praise.

I didn't have much of a problem. I have nothing to say.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and location nice and quiet. Swimming pool was nice and cold. View of Mount Ararat from apartment was amazing.

Didn't like the coffee from the automated machines at buffet breakfast.

Nice pool with nice food, house keeping staff are very polite and nice.

The pool was amazing, friendly service, comfy beds, nice view, we enjoyed our stay!

in the evening you can hear some the party music from downstairs, the sounds insulation isn’t perfect. But later it was perfectly quite.

Easy and flexible check in even at 5AM. Room was quiet large enough to have rest and work. Location is perfect if you want to stay close to the center without paying a premium. I always stay here during my visits to Armenia.

Quite nice place if you plan to eat outside of the hotel (the food inside is unhealthy).

The room was clean and had a modern look. The view was beautiful - we could see the Ararat mountain.

The breakfast was not very varied, they didn't even have the black tea (only Green or the Earl Grey). The queues of people were long in the morning at the buffet, but there were seats for everybody (if it's ok for you to sit together and share the table with strangers). The food in the menu in the only one hotel's restaurant was unhealthy - pizzas, burgers, french fries and so on. For people with some special food needs/allergies/diets it was difficult to find something suitable to eat (only soups or salads). I had a birthday at the second day of stay, and my spouse asked 2 different managers (at the Reception and the main Manager at the Restaurant) to make a small birthday surprise for me, they promised to do something, but nothing ever happened. Sad.
