Place was good for a short stay.

Check in staff a was nice guy. Everything was as expected.

Parking was tight. We struggled most of the time to get in to a park.

Place was run down, and had a weird smell right from check in. Once I got to my room the door wouldn’t close, room furniture was old and in desperate need of some maintenance. Went straight back to reception for a refund as did not want to stay the night. Do not recommend.

A comfortable stay.

Spacious room with huge tv, very comfy bed, big bathroom and a wonderful kitchenette. I could easily stay somewhere likes this for a week. It was very quiet, little noise from other rooms or guests even though fully booked.

Rooms have been modernized but what was bizarre is it looks like they put back the old fixtures like the heat pump, wall heater, bathroom heater etc which were all yellowed and looked dreadful. Such a shame because it really is a wonderful place to stay BUT aside from this I would stay there again.

Overall good, service was great.The fridge and lights were a let down.No breakfast too.

We weren't offered breakfast.

Fridge door wouldn't close probably,had to push door down.Our milk and beers were warm.Lights didn't work in main area.

The facility is as so run down and the room felt very trashy and even though it appeared clean everything was so old and run down that it just left you in doubt as to whether it was or not

Room was not prepared for our stay. A dated property. No effort to keep the Hotel up to date.

Location

Hot room on arrival 30C+ Air conditioning was not on. It took over an hour to cool the room. Dated decor. Worn and dirty carpets especially in lift area. A very strong odour of air framer in the hall ways and lift hall. Always a signal to cover up musty mould or mildew in the carpets. No fresh milk for tea and coffee making.

Besides the No milk in fridge, Overall stay was excellent gear value for$

Location very central to city

Was only let down for the price paid, No milk to make a hot drink, for price paid I would of expected it in the room.Only spent 1 night and had to leave early the next day, no time to go chasing up milk.

Never again!

probably the location. Tauranga is a beautiful place.

I paid for a room with a spa bath and I did not get that. And when I arrived the staff were talking another language to each other and I had to wait before they came to the desk to serve me.
