Good but could easily be much better

Quiet and very good location near mertasri beach. Resort like rooms around very attractive garden with a large pool and restaurant. Older style but looks well maintained.

Basically my room was comfortable but small irritations annoyed me. AC broke down so I had to move a less comfortable room. Bathrooms are outside which although are big they also are full of mosquitoes. Pain to have to shut the door all the time. One door key for entry and for electric. So when you go out the mini bar is turned off automatically. Bad luck if you have food in it. Mini bar is old and very noisy so I had to put it in the bathroom. TV not have CNN or any movies. Odd. AC in my second room had operating faults.

Puri Mesari is a wonderful, quite, clean and lovely hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and made our stay feel very welcoming. The on site Vietnamese restaurant was fantastic ask well. great food and prices and more wonderful staff. The pool was also perfect for cooling off on hot days.

Exceptional

The staff are very friendly and kind. They went out of their way to help me and provide excellent customer service. The pool is lovely and relaxing. Close to the beach. Very quiet at night. I had a gecko living in the bathroom, he was harmless, just noisey. Moodi the receptionist is professional, friendly smile and helpful. Boodi was amazing and drove me into town everyday on the scooter. The property is a little old, traditional but clean.

At the bottom end of Sanur , surrounded by trees a quiet oasis within walking distance to beach.

Away from the crowd but still within walking distance to the highlights of Sanur. Small complex yet user friendly with well designed rooms.

Polite & courteous staff, Good food, nice neighborhood!

Air Conditioning didn't work properly, no drinking water in the room (no bottles for filling provided either, and water cooler was far away from the room). Poorly designed rooms, with a lot of waste of space.

Only good thing is the Vietnamese Restaurant that is run independently

There was no water in the rooms ,We had to argue and fight to be given the rooms we booked. The property has a musty smell and is not being taken care of.

Clean friendly and quiet hotel

Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable . Large outdoor bathroom in downstairs room

Can approach to beach by walk about 10 minutes from hotel. Very kind.

My worst accommodation experience. Bad stuff, bad hospitality, fake photos, unhygienic bathrooms and pool

Literally nothing.

The hotel was a frustration. The first room shower was broken. They changed our room after three days! And the new room had also calcified showers, and a broken tap. Both our rooms had moldy bathrooms everything was like abondened. The swimming pool had a frog.. unhygienic.. apparently they changed their owner.. The place is nothing like photos. There are many cheaper places than this and way more comfortable and with better stuff. Also their restaurant was also another disaster.

Charming

Quiet, comfortable, intimate little hotel with wonderful staff, good WiFi and a lovely pool. Easy walking distance to the beach and bike rental available.

perfect, and I’ll be back for sure

everything, the staff for starters extremely nice such beautiful people nothing was a drama family run business and it shows . nothing was issue , extremely trust worthy and pleasent . the property it’s self and rooms spotless clean comfortable, a/c worked great . great parking the pool perfect on a hot day , and a bonus close to boats for surfing and the quiet end of town . and the little vein restaurant serves a great meal . my stay at property was incredible thank u so much peace ✌️

I am a repeat guest to Puri Mesari. So nice that they remember and welcome me each time. Beautiful grounds and pool. Nice room and great bed. It is quiet and you do not hear traffic noise. Great helpful staff.

Luxe on a budget!

unique outdoor bathroom peaceful cosy and romantic great value for money lovely staff massages in rooms at 8pm - masseuse will come prep the bed!

the bed was slightly too hard for my liking! air con could do with being stronger/cooling down the room more

Great little gem

How clean this property was. The staff are like little worker bees all day making sure the grounds are spotless

Not a complaint but a issue none the less it was very stormy lots of rain and our bathroom being a outdoor area flooded every day

Nice short stay

We only stayed 2 nights, but had a very nice stay. Breakfast very nice, rooms and bathroom are beautiful!! Nice swimming pool, very nice and friendly people.
