Most beautiful lobby view I’ve ever seen

Perfect place for a wedding, everything was relatively close. Staff went above and beyond and were so friendly. Facilities were also so clean.

amazing resort, priceless view, but could be much better

Very nice resort and landscape, view on the ocean are priceless, staff are very professional and attentive

the beach villa is very nice but unfortunately not cleaned properly. we did show the management team on first day, but when leaving after 6 days the room was still full of dust and not cleaned, and many details not updated, broken vase dirty garden walls, dirty outside shower, no covered outside sala, the Italian restaurant on the beach is very disappointing

Unforgetable

An unforgetable experience… an oasis of natural beauty and top services. The beauty of the resort cannot be described into words, perfectly blending in and enhancing nature’s wonders. About the services: “chapeau” - every single person in the staff is there to make you feel good, pampered. The personnel is super well trained, extremely polite and nice with the kids. We had the best breakfast ever, felt like every dish and ingredient was especially curated so you cand enjoy best of the best. Great food in both restaurants, congrats to the chef and the teams there. Sparkling clean rooms, cleaning person came even 2 per day to arrange and clean the room. You made our stay a great one! ❤️

надо быть готовыми к отсутствию выбора ресторанов. В данном месте их почти нет. Как и других возможностей типа рынков, магазинчиков и т.п.

Great stay with an amazing view from the room.

Great location, friendly staffs, excellent service, breakfast, food etc.. Lounge Marky, concierge Baui, Flame Joe and a nice guy who I forget his name, Breakfast restaurant Jolie, Fan, Baifern made my stay exceptional. I really appreciate to the staffs who provided kind service with greatest smiles make me feel warm like at home. Thank you all💕🙏 I definitely want to visit again and meet them😍

Spa was just okay. I don't really recommend it to others cause the massage wasn't so good compared to other properties I got. And reception staffs seem very busy and not really attentive. One of the lady manager(?) who I questioned about my departure day before the check out, I only asked about the transportation time but she so afraid that I'm requesting for late check-out. Well, it could be offered nicely from their side even though I don't mind for on-time checking out. But she only talking about the extra charges for late check out. The hotel which I stayed for a night in Bangkok, they informed me about the checking out time + offered me a shower room and facilities that I could use after C/O. Approach was so different compared to I stayed long in Intercontinental. Either they have to learn how to talk nicely in English or they don't suit for 5star hotel industry. Except reception and spa staffs, everyone was so great especially F&B and HK staffs.

To celebrate our 30th anniversary in the most luxurious location was a dream come true!!!

Loved the rooms, the venue, the staff, the view, the buggy’s up and down, the spa, the food, the boat trip, …… the excellent service!!!

Disappointing

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. But thats it to the story. Come here to have a dinner or drink at the cocktail bar, but sleep somewhere else. And dont forget everything is closed at 10pm.

Check in took 1hour. The hotel is very spread you have to do everything with the buggy after 1 day just enoying. The beach is with algy not cleaned and the ocean with stone not to swim. The small pool has had its best time old fashioned, all other small 5 pools no service no drinks. Service all together very poor had to take my towels and everything by myself. No 5star. Not worth the price waste of time. And take comission even for the taxi.

It is a nice hotel, very quiet, a bit too quiet. It doesn’t go to the expectations of a 5 star hotel or doesn’t fulfill

The green is Beautiful, the Beach was ok, i have Seen better ones. The room we were given for 4 pax was too small, we were not able to accommodate. It seems smaller than it looks.

The service is not trained well, although everyone was very nice and comforting, but I think they need better training. Their English is just not good enough sometimes. It’s not that I expect perfect English, but they should be able to understand if you order food from the menu. The food was different every day, even when ordering the same thing at the same place. That is very disappointing.

The resort is excellent. It is on a clean, quiet beach. Food is amazing all over. Air Bar has the best pool next to it and the best view. Confy beds and rooms. We had a 2 bedroom villa. Very cooperative staff.

Luxurious piece of paradise

Fantastic, Wonderful and Memorable Staycation.

Fantastic and enjoyable holiday stay. All the Staff were so courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Lisa at the club lounge. We felt so pampered and well taken care of. Also to Yana for all the transport arrangement so we can enjoy ourselves without any worries. Keep up the good work!

A little hard to get around and the food options weren’t amazing, still very delicious but there could have been more options!

Best of Koh Samui

Everything, every detail is flawless. From the staff, facilities and services. They are in the lead position. I appreciate how they took care of my children and provided facilities. The room size is huge. Looked like an apartment. The beach is one of the best. The shuttle service is a good addition. 24hr gym.

Nice stay but there is room for improvement

Breakfast was great and the staff was really great, property is really clean along with the rooms, great view from the room.

Amenities inside the room were weird as they provided with a hair dryer but no dedicated connection inside the bathroom - also they don't clean the terrace properly and the bed was not big enough although additional amount was paid by us for our kid.

Heaven on earth

Felt like heaven! Staff is extremely friendly and service oriented. The resort is beautiful with a lot of plants/nature, great pools with amazing views and the air bar and restaurants were really good.

If I have to mention something, maybe the maintenance of the yellow and orange pool could be a bit better.

A magnificent view from the top of the hill. A view to a kill. Amazing sunsets!

Waiting time for the cocktails in the bar upstairs was 50 minutes. 50 minutes for a simple cocktail. Hire more bartenders, why you make people wait ridiculously long?! Same at breakfast, 20 min for omelets and coffee. You are Intercontinental guys, you need to cherish the value of the brand. The sea is a joke full of seaweed, not pleasant to swim in at all.

Relaxing holiday. Beautiful views but property is run down

Stunning views and overall landscape surrounding the hotel. Quiet, natural beaches. Breakfast was pretty good. The Club snacks and drinks were much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Child-friendly with excellent kids club.

Property is run down and in need of renovation. Not on par with Intercontinental standards and below expectations. Air conditioning in our room kept breaking and staff weren't able to fix it properly. Area around the pool (restaurant and bar) is old and dirty and desperately needs some love and attention. Also beach was very dirty on some days unfortunately.

Not worth the long flight

Breakfast was ok. Generous free beverages and snacks in the lounge in the afternoon and evening were a welcome change to the hotel restaurants. Kids Club was very good. Staff was very friendly and trying to please.

The hotel is old and run down. The air condition in the room had a heavy draught. The sea was very dirty and polluted during most days of our one week stay. We stayed in 3 different hotels and locations during our 1 week holiday: The sea was dirty in all beaches, which is why we would not consider another holiday on Koh Samui. Food was ok, but not great. Most Thai dishes contained pork. The beach restaurant is particularly run down, meals there are of mediocre quality at best.
