Great location and newly renovated hotel very spacious room & bathroom.
View from the room to a building work, dust & noise etc..
Also, disappointed with extra charges added, despite booking for 3 adults with superior club room with microwave, strove & complementary fruits etc. but non of these, was given a double bed only, and have to pay extra to change room.

Excellent location by west Nanjing Road with shops, restaurants, metro, closure to the city etc..
Complementary water, coke & sprite daily with tea & coffee.
Newly refurbished hotel with Comfortable bed, spacious room & great bathroom.
Room view to the building work.
Reserved for 3adults was given a double bed, we’ve to pay extra to get extra bed.
No lobby :(

We had booking with breakfast but there was no breakfast at hotel at all

Great location, spacious room and well facilitated in the room.
Too dim and music was too loud on the 1/f where the main entrance is. Light is too dim too in the restaurant.

The location and staff were amazing and the room was excellent value. There are two bars on this property and I was allowed free extended stay until 2 pm

Convenient location in Shanghai , but the service is not compatible with the price. If u don’t have a better choice, then pick this one.

My son's toy car was left in my room. They helped to find it amd also posted it to me. Really appreciate it!

Convenient location. Pleasant surroundings. Nice breakfast.
The room temperature was too hot and stuffy. Some staff were a bit snooty, making us feel uncomfortable. When checking in they said the room might not be ready by 2pm. It was in fact, but not a good start. My previous stay was much better.

Location is great right at Nanjing road and on walking distance to the French concession. Perfect day base for shopping the multiple low priced great quality brands such as Uniqlo. Price seems very reasonable specially due to the location. Midkey location wit tons of good local restaurants and stores around.
The hotel rooms equipment has seen better days.
