The location was just around the corner from the Arena and the room was very clean and had a nice little balcony.

A B&B with no breakfast?? The room was not serviced, no toiletries were provided except liquid soap with no washcloth, and no recommendations about attractions or best places to eat, or wifi were offered. Perhaps Covid is the reason for some of these issues, but that was neither explained nor apologised for. No assistance with luggage on the two flights of stairs was offered either, and four keys to get in was cumbersome. It would have been useful to know that the lights in the stairwell are on a timeswitch and might go out when you are halfway up if they are on when you arrive. When I went to pay the bill I was told that it had already been charged to my credit card and I have still not received the promised email copy. I have stayed in 3 star hotels with much better service and facilities than this one.

It's in a great location to explore Verona, only about a minutes walk from the Arena. The room was clean and modern. The continental breakfast was very tasty with a choice of cereal, yoghurts, filled croissant, bread and Jams, juices and tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend this and when we return to Verona will be booking again!

I like the location of the place because it's near the city center. The breakfast was really good as well and the communication was perfect. :)

Very close to the main train station, 20 min walk to Pietra bridge, less than 5 min walk to the colosseum. Very nice bedroom, clean and quiet! Friendly staff.

Excellent location, only 5 mins from piazza bra/arena. Quiet area at night for sleeping. Francesca is a lovely, helpful host. Breakfast is adequate. Will deffinitley return.

Amazing location of the hotel. The lady was very friendly and she made us feel like home. I would stay there again on my next trip to Verona. :)
