Excellent staff We were leaving very early so they made us a road lunch to take with us, Very Nice!

We had a room facing the road, it was on the noisy side.

Good location

Although it states air con it never worked in the room, we asked every day of our holiday to be told ‘maybe it will work tomorrow’ or ‘the bad weather broke it’ each time. Rooms are very outdated and could do with a deep clean. Breakfast could also do with some improvement. A card was removed from my room and when I asked if the cleaners may have seen or moved it the staff blamed friends and said they probably took it, only for the same member of staff to ‘find’ it 5 minutes after I complained. The staff are not willing to help, and are quick to put the blame on the customer.

Location was great, could walk to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Uncomfortable beds and some of the rooms on the street were loud.

Lovely hotel with a great location. Walking distance from everything!

The breakfast wasn’t great

Reception area looked ok.

Rooms very basic. The Window shutter was broke when I eventually got it up the balcony looked dirty tables and chairs turned upside down. Bedside lockers had not been cleaned and towels threadbare. I spent the littlest time possible in the hotel even opted to pay for breakfast in the square when it was included in my price. Much better hotels for the same price in Sorrento.

Location, breakfast, pool. Great small park with a fountain to relax. Also, room service was on point

An unexpected charge at the end. Not much, ~15 euros, still not sure what it was for
