location is good, Symi is small so it’s easy to get around from the hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Symi was lovely and the location of this hotel was fine. It consists of a hotel and separate studios.

Our major issue was that we simply didn't get the room we expected/booked - ie by the photo and list of facilities. We thought we were staying in the hotel with a balcony looking over a garden. Instead we found ourselves in a small studio room in a separate building with a shared terrace and no view. It was adequate but lacking a number of promised facilities.

Good location near the town, although quite a steep climb to the property, (but I guess that's expected in a town like Symi!) The room was clean, and we slept well. We were offered a lift to the town to catch the early moning ferry to Rhodes, but as it was so close, we decided to walk.

When we arrived, it was apparent that we weren't expected - fortunately, there was a room available! We had booked a balcony with a sea view - we got a sea view (if you looked out of the small window!), but no balcony. There was a shared terrace with tables/umbrellas. We thought we had booked breakfast, but apparently not - if we had of booked breakfast it wasn't on site, but at the Captain's Bar in the harbour. We decided to go to the Patisserie instead for a croissant and a cup of coffee,! The room was very small and felt very cluttered!

Lovely small hotel a short walk away from the port! Very friendly staff, even dropped us off at the port wit our luggage! The breakfast at the other hotel at the port was very good and the staff was really friendly, thank you!

I can truly recommend Grace Hotel & Studios! Excellent location, just around the corner from the harbour. Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. Thank you Vicky for your service, giving that little extra! Helping me with questions about Symi and making restaurant reservations.

our stay was perfect, a private balcony, the climatisation and a very clean room ! The boss and all the staff was very friendly.

the place is a located were closed to the port And on the seim time its far from the noise. The roms have avery nice view to the mountain and to the sea. Viki how runs the place is adorable, she give me a lot of information were to eat and were to go for interesting places. i'm already planing to revisit once again.

We were met at the port by the owner Yiannis who took us to his restaraunt for a quick drink and then taken to the property , early check in as the room was ready.. Nicki checked us in, she al9ng with Elena ( running their restaurant) couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They work tirelessly from dawn to dusk to make sure your stay is perfect. On the day we left our ferry wasn't until 5pm but Nicki allowed us to keep our room until 4:30pm and then kindly enough to drive us down to the ferry ( not far by any stretch of the imagination but it stopped you getting hot and sweaty) Tip top service .

If i was being picky I'd say the shower cubicle was a tad small but otherwise I couldn't fault a thing.

Vicki who looked after us was terrific. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a small issue with the shower which should have been resolved immediately but still a great place

Great location, comfortable bed. Felt very welcomed.

Bathroom was a little small for my husband as he is tall. It was ok for me but I am much smaller. Still a very nice shower etc so not a big issue

Hotel Grace and the Studio apartments are set behind the main port of Symi in Yialos only a to minute walk from the quay. This means that all the shops and restaurants are close at hand but the hotel and studios are quiet. The studios themselves are well appointed and comfortable with extra comfy beds and pillows (not always the case in Greek accommodation). The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and service is accessible and helpful where needed. The studios where we stayed were adjacent to one another and on a spacious terrace which had good views of the sea and the upper town (Chorio).

The studios are not that spacious, particularly the bathrooms. However, they are perfectly adequate and fit for purpose when you are spending the majority of your time outside and the large terrace is lovely to sit on in the evening.

I stayed in the “apartment with sea view” which is a Italy in a separate building above Hotel Grace. LOCATION: Fantastic! The views from the shared deck were unbelievable! It is just a few minutes walk from the port (main restaurants and shops) but is nice and quiet (except roosters in the AM) ROOM: Updated and clean! HOSTS: Very accommodating, helpful and welcoming (even gave me a glass of wine when I arrived at their restaurant to check in). Also took the time when I arrived to go over a map with me of the area and give suggestions. Gave me a ride to the ferry on the morning of my departure (it’s not even that far, but I did have a heavy bag so I really appreciated it)

This is just a very little thing, but if you’re like me and do not like shower curtains to begin with, you’re not going to love this. The shower is SMALL so the entire time you shower it is stuck to your skin (I am 5 ft. 125 lbs..I am not a large person). It is also too long so you’re trying to not step on it/pull it down.
