Todo! Excepcional! Muy buena ubicación, el staff muy amable. El desayuno está listo desde la mañana, lo cual funciona perfecto si uno sube a Machu Picchu temprano. Las camas muy cómoda y las duchas también. Súper recomendado! Su precio esta bien en relación a la comodidad del hotel. Un buen lugar para alojarse en familia.

Location was the best. Breakfast was delicious and diverse

Clean, large room, comfortable bed. Lovely modern bathroom with hot water all the time. Air conditioning. Room service. You could opt out of having daily cleaning and daily towel change which is eco friendly. Complementary water and hair dryer. Laundry service and room service available but additional. The location was perfect being in macchu piccu town and only a short walk from the start of the walk up, as well as the bus station and train station.

There was some noise from the properties next to the hotel at night. The breakfast was ok, but could have been more varied for a 4 star hotel. it consisted of scrambled eggs, breads, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The staff were lovely however and made me a pancake on my second day.

The location is beautiful!!! Ollantaytambo—our favorite place in the Sacred Valley—worth an overnight stay. We requested a portable heater for it gets cold at night. Thanks!

The lodge was location is beautiful, under the ancient ruins and along the canal yet a fair distance from the train station, so useful to use a taxi if you have luggage. Or you can check luggage at train station.

the shit was not clean , we asked them to change it they come to our room and checked but they didn’t change .

the hotel has a perfect location to access machu pichu and all amenities in the town. The views from the hotel were stunning
