95 % of our trip was very relaxed in the hotel , will come back in summer

love the pool , beach and the room although they can't add a roller bed for my adult son without Sur charge provided we booked the room for 3 .

our room is pretty quiet except the time slot of the roof top wedding ceremony taken place in the weekend evenings without head up when we checked in . we had to leave our room if we didn't want to hear those cheering noises through the balcony although it's a happy gathering for the couples families / relatives

Best hotel in China!

The manager of the buffet was amazing and super helpful. The staff in general are great. But specially BlueBlue was a great employee who was available even when he was on a day off work.

The sauna is great, but the swimming pool inside the sauna has not been working for many years already. I know as I am a guest who frequently goes to Intercontinental with my family.

Very very disappointing

The room was spacious and clean

We didn’t have a hot tub or the executive lounge which we paid for, room service was very very slow, the food was cold, only 1 pool open which was the kids pool, overall very very poor

Great staycation for family

The swimming is best for kids, very family orientated pool. Room was facing the ocean which was breath taking. Breakfast was fantastic

A good place to be and will visit again.

The view is really really great. The buffet breakfast is full of good choices. The location is good to get to the Tower and the outlet.

Excellent stay! Will definitely come again.

The view and the swimming pools are fantastic. The room is clean and spacious.

If able to provide shuttle bus services to pick up the tourists from airport or other location will be fantastic.

Bad staff service with a good place!

Sea View!

Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with the receptionist, who dealt with me very disrespectfully. Despite my efforts to communicate in English, the receptionist seemed unable to understand me and was unable to communicate effectively. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager to address the issue, the receptionist refused to call one, and I was informed by another staff member that there was no manager present at the time. Additionally, I found the receptionist's appearance unprofessional and not in line with the standard I would expect from a hotel of your calibre.

relaxing stay in a luxurious hotel

great facilities for family stay. hotel was very clean & staff were very professional. we were given a higher floor which had a lovely sea view,overlooking the pool & beach. breakfast was busy so get down early.

Nicely refurbished. Helpful staff. Special thanks to front desk Cassie, who provided help in Cantonese and through WeChat.

Quite expensive compared to surrounding facilities. Not all facilities are open, perhaps since still recovering from the effects of COVID.

Dameisha Resort in Shenzhen was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

The views from the room were wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite for free. The room was comfortable and spacious. The crashing of the waves can be heard on the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful - extensive western options! The hotel is walking distance to an outdoor outlet mall with many dining and shopping options.

The walking path in and out of the resort could be more pedestrian friendly - the only path is along the car entrance/exit.

The hotel is clean and so is the beach. I love that it is beach front and private. Amazing view from the room. Good food selection at breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Indoor pool and gym are well kept.

A wonderful staycation while China continues with its Covid zero policy

The pools are great. (It might be nice if the pool with the swim up bar was for grownups only - even if just between certain hours.) The beach is lovely. There is a Covid test site nearby and yummy local restaurants

Very good

Beautiful beach! Breakfast was good, but crowded. Room and beds were comfortable. Facilities were overall good. Loved the toiletries and the fact that they weren't single use. They replenished our water all the time!

Overall it's a bit too expensive for what it is. The food prices were too high for the quality that was received. It's a very family friendly resort so perhaps not the best for a couple? (just our opinion) Very few vegetarian options at the restaurants which was disappointing. We ended up having most of our meals outside of the hotel to make it cheaper and for better food. Also the portions were small compared to other InterContinental hotels..

Nice break away from the city

Stayed at the Club wing. Service and amenities were great. Much more quiet than the main hotel building.

The basement, where spa and gym were located, had a strong smell of mould.

Great time at the beach while staying at Intercontinental Dameisha!

We really enjoyed our trip to Intercontinental Dameisha! The pools were great and having the beach so close was a huge bonus. The food was delicious and Vicky Jiang at the restaurant helped make sure our dietary needs were met! We were in contact with Amber Gan prior to visiting and she was a HUGH help. She helped with all the Covid restrictions info (we were originally not able to go because of this), showed us where the nearest testing site was, and arranged for a welcome cake as it was our anniversary! Overall, an amazing week at Intercontinental Dameisha! Would highly recommend!

Sound of the sea

How wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea! This is a fantastic place for a short break and particularly good for families. Breakfast is fabulously varied and plentiful. Bedrooms with a balcony and view of the sea are food for the soul!

One of the pools had restricted opening hours and it wasn't clear why. The hotel could have a better attitude to recycling. Check-in is chaotic. You will need to be able to communicate in Chinese!

Amazing breakfast! High quality food and nice ambiance.

Nothing about the hotel, it was simply hot summer! I wish the sun had been a bit hidden 🙃.
