Helpful staff who went out of their way to help solve our parking issues with a larger vehicle. Location and facilities also were all up to our expectations.
We had to get the key from a different location which made it a little more complicated but phone assistance was available and the staff were very helpful.

Very nice and spacious apartment in central Wellington.
Everything was reachable by foot. Parking garage is right across the road.

Spacious and clean, great shower, had all the amenities and was close to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The instructions to get in were very clear which was good, as we arrived very late. The staff on the phone were helpful when we asked to extend our stay.
The fan in one of the rooms didn't work so we had to open the window which let in some noise from outside. One of my travel companions noted some sounds coming from the walls (maybe a water pipe or something) but I wasn't bothered by it.

Excellent location, spacious and overall nicely set up. Would choose it again (at a different season)
It was a rather cold few days, so the lack of a heater was a small issue. No hair dryer, too. (Note that we didn't contact the staff, as we only were there for 2 nights)

The rooms were warm and clean . Handy to everything we needed
The noise from the bar downstairs in the courtyard was shocking . They have a card on the pillow with a phone a number which i did at 2.15am for it not to be answered. I spoke to the manager on the Monday when i got home. They know there is a problem . She offered a small reimbursement and said i should have called earlier!!. They could have moved us !!!
Why do they hire this place out ?....Maybe some sound proofing ??
Bedrooms upstairs bathroom and kitchen downstairs

Communication with the property was very good. Apparently before we arrived we were informed that the apartment we have booked was up for an unexpected maintenance and got upgraded to a nearby 5 star sister property - Boulcott Suites. The 4 bedroom townhouse was superb. Huge and clean and ample space for a big family like ours. The only down side was the supply of hot water. We ran out of hot water after a few showers and few of us had to take a cold shower.

Overall, good. Staff are very helpful. The room (2 bedrooms) is clean and rooms are modern. Lots of pillows, towels, and very spacious. Right in the city, very convenient.
Just the noises.

the kitchen was good.
There wasn’t any lift. It was tough for my elderly parent and my little kids to head up the stairs. it was difficult to locate the property as well. Would have been easier for us if you were to mention that the property is at the second floor. I requested for a baby cot but was not given 1.

The apartments are well set up and comfortable
The location above noisy restaurants and street.

Had everything we needed.
A little bit basic
6.0
Location, space, 2 bedrooms
Room 21 was very noisy and smaller, with a leaky iron and old ironing board so moved to Room 19 where the ironing board was actually broken, lights were out in the bathroom but was quieter and slightly larger.
5.0
Location, close to shops, restaurants and buses.
Winding Stairs, too many stairs to manage lots of suit cases. If you were an elderly person as we, were you could not walk up the stairs with your cases, and dangerous coming down. What you really needed was a porter who was trained to manage carrying the cases up and down. Also, when we checked in soon after we were charged again for accommodation. And it took 3 days for a refund.

excellent location so close to restaurants. Good for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms one on each floor.

Great location, close to Cuba St eateries & short stroll to shops. Rooms were huge, great size for a longer stay. Kitchen & bathroom well equipped.
No air control in bedrooms, was noisy with windows open due to others partying.

Spacious apartment.
Apartment units were on the 1st level and no elevator so expect to carry your luggages through the staircase.
5.0
good having 2 bedrooms, and good cooking facilities
very hot - not much airflow, particularly in upstairs bedrooms

good spacious apartment with all necessities

plenty of room, great location.
It was lacking some basic kitchen equipment such as plug for the sink, chopping board and frypan.

Great location, handy to shops and eateries. The accommodation was spacious and relaxing.
We had to keep the windows closed overnight due to street noise, creating a hot stuffy environment. A fan or aircon would be a plus.

Location was excellent.
Very noisy, squeaky door right beside our room.

Location was great.
Lovely kitchen and bathroom and comfy beds.
Very spartan with the provisions eg no fresh milk, had to buy more toilet paper, no 'extras' at all.
Utensils in the kitchen were very limited. And the place felt a bit shabby and basic - living room chairs were uncomfortable.
Also, the noise! We did not sleep well due to the noise. I would have expected double glazing on the bedroom windows. And the curtains were poor quality and the bedroom was not dark enough.
8.0
full facilities
uncomfortable couches and bathroom attached to kitchen - also cleaning could have been better.

The place we got was cozy but the auto window frame was broken so I had to call Reception to have someone look at this and note that the damage was not caused by us. The call out response was prompt and the staff was very polite.
Location was quite easy to find, but was difficult to unload our baggage because there was no allocated area to park while unloading. Although I reserved parking for the paid carpark, it would have been easier if the parking slip was all included with the apartment room keys. This meant payment of the parking area should be added in the booking option.

Great central Wellington location. The unit was clean and very quiet.
There was very meagre kitchen equipment for anyone wanting to cook a meal at the apartment. Al.so only 1 fork for 4 people. Asked for a coffee plunger which they said would be provided but it never arrived. There seemed to be confusion about the billing between booking.com & the Willis village. We were billed twice for both the accomodation and the parking. The problem was quickly sorted, however.

have stayed there before in a different apartment which had bedrooms and bathroom on one level
