Close to the train station, the ferry pier, restaurants and other local attractions. Staff were very polite and helpful. Provided us packed breakfast for our early morning check out.

Nothing to not like - Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay

It is perfectly situated coming down from the station. Staff were really nice and welcoming and helped with my bags. The room was clean and had all the necessary things for one night. Perfect for staying in Como.

The bathroom was too small, I’m thin but still I had to keep the shower curtains open because there wasn’t enough space for movement.

Location

Ants in my bed, bed too hard. Hairdryer smelled. Shower was hard to figure out, either went from scolding hot or extremely cold.

Location and breakfasts were excellent.

Very inferior beds, too narrow with thin cheap mattresses, very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was spasmodic. The cook cooked when she felt like it, with no reflection on the numbers in the crowd. Food was good but not enough when numbers demanded it. No monitoring of numbers.

very close to ferry and train station, breakfast is good (when it comes on time, not in my case). the two things that I liked the most: - the staff is very friendly, especially the man in charge if things and the young boy in the reception - the internet is very good which is unusual for Varenna.

I came here for work, all what I wanted was a cosy bed and nice breakfast. here are some points about this stay: - i asked for a cup of hot water to make my own tea outside the breakfast hours and I was told to go to a cafe instead - all three mornings the hot breakfast was late, in one of then the whole breakfast was late, I almost missed my train - the noise on that street is too loud during the night, you can hear every car passing by - the bed keeps shifting all the time if your pillow is to the wall. the bed is not attached and is very light so you cannot sit in it and work or watch a movie if your back is pressing the wall - the bed start shifting away.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with many offerings:eggs, cheeses, meats, pastries, juices, etc. the location was very convenient to the boat ferry stop. Restaurants were close by. The room and bathroom were very clean.
