spacious room, central location

building work right outside, starting at 7am decor was quite shabby

it was clean and spacious.

the access to the property was strictly stated not before 3 pm. we arrived a bit early but the entrance to the apartment wasn’t obvious.. it was all secured downstairs with roller doors but no indication the actual entrance was down a side street. the host was over 45 mins late from the time we should have been able to access the apartment. after waiting 10 mins we rang the number concerned but we were firstly hung up on, next time no answer, finally we were told to wait 15 mins. half an hour later she arrived. No apology until my husband asked why we had had to wait so long. finally an apology. we were stressed that we had the wrong information, we don’t speak the language except for a few basic phrases and we were tired and hungry from travelling from Seville and walking from the bus station. We arrived (Saturday) and couldn’t find anything open nearby. Those issues were not the fault of the property but the ‘host’ was supposed to be there to help and we received no help at all.

Lovely big room with fridge and basic cooking facilities, which had everything we needed for our stay. Exceptionally clean and a large comfy bed - great value for money!

Not the prettiest of locations, our room was overlooking a building site but wasn't a problem at all. The lift was broken so had to use the stairs, again not a problem for us but could be difficult for those with mobility issues

Excellent central Mérida location, great facilities and a useful public parking option right next door. Really helpful staff too.

Minor things like coat hangers there were not enough Wine glasses there was only 1 red wine glass we coped but best to renew

Big room in great location, very comfortable, super clean with bathroom and kitchen. Air conditioning was very welcome too. All in all fantastic experience!

The staff is very nice and happy and willing to help, but the thing is sometimes they are gone for hours. It happened when we arrived, there was nobody to even open the door. So when it says "check in any time after 2pm" it does not exactly mean "any time". It means "maybe you'll be lucky and we'll be there". No big deal for us, but not very pleasant either to come to the door and find our there is nobody there to open. Also, there is some unnecessary bureaucracy before even arriving. It was a bit annoying. But it is requirement of local police, I was told. Either way it was annoying a bit.

The facilities were very good..comfortable bed..True luxury. Well equipped and discounted parking too...staff helpful and friendly. Recommended

The apartment is right in the center of Merida, in walking distance to the primary attractions. If you travel there by car, you also have a parking in the same street or another one two streets aside. The apartment is more than enough to stay a few nights, it has a kitchen, a good bathroom and it's in a calm area. The building also seems renovated recently which gives a good impression. The recepcionist was very helpful and nice.

A/c was not strong enough to cool down the room.

Is a big flat, where we have a good bed with a lot of space and very clean. Is in the city centre, everything is near, soon the localization is so good.

Pleasant room with sufficient fascilities. Tastefully decorated. Good location. Reception ladies are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Pre-arrival online communication and registration is a bit complicated. Tech maintenance is due. Broken airco/heater, broken safe box, broken lights, broken socket, etc etc.

Size of apartment and location. Very friendly receptionist.

To fill in forms online for registration, apartment was a.bit dusty.

The shower had a half glass door so water leaked onto the floor even though we were careful. The hotel is very dark which is unsettling when trying to navigate around a new place. check in was the two of us trying to find our room keys in the dark lobby.

We did like that we were able to walk to all the monuments and the train station,that was really convenient.

Big rooms, great location and friendly staff. Great combo!
