Location, sunny, quiet.

Couldn’t open the main door to the room properly. Grinding against the floor and jamming.

Disappointingly over shadowed by the overcharging of my Account

The Unit was quite suitable for one Adult. The car parking was good and secure.

The Booking arrangements : I AM $1,489.66 OUT OF POOCKET AS A RESULT ON SOME FAULT IN THE BOOKING SYSYEM. I had $1489.66 withdrawn from my Mastercard on the 7th May 2022, for (initially) 4 nights from the 23rd Dec to the 27th Dec . I re-booked in December, for another 3 nights ie from the 20th to the 23 Dec 2022. When I checked in, on the 20th Dec, I was charged $2,887.60 for accom from the 20th Dec to the 27th Dec = 7 nights : I had already paid $1489.66 for 4 nights, from the 23rd Dec to the 27th Dec. When I queried this, at the front counter of the ARGYLE ON THE PARK, I was told it was not their fault and I should make further enquiries of Booking,com . Are you in a position to expeditiously assist me with the resolution of this issue ? PLEASE ADVISE.

We had friends and family in the caravan park across the road and it provided super comfort and access to everything in the area

Washing machine doesn't work- says error code and smells really musty Our bedroom didn't have a door and the whole apartment is quite old and with aging furnishings/blinds

Ideal location, in a central location

Great location near local shops and cafes, across from the park. Small local market on Sunday mornings.

The bed and pillows were a little soft , and could have been firmer.

Exceptional

Close to RSL, surf club and restaurants. Easy to access by car with undercover secure parking.

The weather was too cool to use the pool but there is a heated public pool across the road if I needed to swim😄

everything you need is close and nice place to stay

location as great, bed was very comfy and shower was nice and hot, parking spot we had was great as I have new car and it was in its own enclosed space. Easy access to keys, as we arrived after hours.

wifi in our room was unreliable

more like 3 star convenient location but not comfortable.

location and view was great

internet kept going down so only live streaming on TV consistently disconnected. TV limited viewing difficult to set up to access Netflix, 7plus etc. lounge uncomfortable.

The pool was lovely and the area quiet and family friendly.

The room was cool and quiet. We slept really well due to the quiet family oriented rooms and the location is excellent. So central with accessibility to shops, river/beach and eateries.

The shower was old and not as clean as I would have liked. Otherwise the rest of the unit was well renovated and updated.

we had a pleasant stay

central to cafes, river mouth and short walk to beach, bed very comfy. there was dishwashing powder and detergent readily available . the Olympic pool across at the park was more useful than the small pool at the facility

frig and oven need replacing . taps in bathroom leaking . which were meant to be fixed but the plumber got wet from the rain and went home -we were there 10 days still not done had to ask for a couple of coat hangers . ceiling fans very dusty I needed to clean prior to using bedroom one as office closed . frig had mould in the seals- I cleaned and mentioned to staff . the oven light exploded and having the oven on tripped the power board
