Location excellent for city centre

Great location. Exactly what we wanted.

It would have been helpful to have 2 sets of keys or to be able to use the keybox during our stay.

what I dident like the fact I asked for a balcony room and I dident get one and when I rang up to tell the staff they told me there was never guna be a balcony room I told them if I knew this I would never have booked and they turned around and said we can’t do anything for u and put the phone down it was the wife birthday and we was not happy at all ?!

The location is excellent and very close to the city center.

They did not put clear and helpful information on how to operate the heating system. We stayed two days without heat and we had to call the reception to send the maintenance people to operate it.

There is a £250 deposit that you need to pay in advance, as well as the full price of the apartment, online. Good things: okay apartment, with microwave, full-sized oven, dishwasher and washing machine that you can use twice in your stay, smart tv and fast WiFi connection. Good heating. Floors and furniture were clean.

Please note that the company will move you to another apartment if they find someone willing to pay more for this location. We booked this place weeks in advance, and only the day before our arrival, when the cancellation fee became active, they sent us a more expensive bill, that we refuted with screenshots of the Booking confirmation document. Their response was along the lines of "due to unforeseen circumstances we moved you to [...] Premier Suites Redcliffe", 10 minutes from this location. The hall outside our apartment (number 46) stank of humidity and smoke, but luckily it did not permeate inside. The wooden floor creaks in the bedroom and the entrance. Regarding the kitchen, there were no napkins, half a roll of kitchen paper for 4 nights, no tablecloth, and the menage was scarce. At our arrival, almost all plates and glasses were badly cleaned, showing stains and seeds, so we had to wash everything we wanted to use. All things considered, this company would be better off if they removed the "Premier" from their name. They are just slightly overpriced normal apartments.

Great location and the unit we stayed in looked directly into the square - it was beautiful with the Christmas decor and lights. The apartment is also very clean and well equipped with all the things you need to make the stay feel homey and cozy. Appreciate the little things provided like coffee & tea bags, washing tablets, towels and toiletries. The portable heater/radiator is very useful and kept us warm and nice during the cold weather.

Should consider replacing the sofa - they sunk in when you sit on them. Also helpful if another set of key could be provided as we tend to go out at different times.

Amazing location, very spacious, comfortable beds

Needs a bit of a spruce up, looks a bit tired in places. Not many kitchen appliances (no saucepan for eg). Carpet a bit dirty.

The apartments were very comfortable and very central in Bristol. In the shopping and restaurant area of Bristol. Easy to walk everywhere. Really enjoyed the heated towel rails, in the cold wet weather.

loved everything had everything we needed, only reccomendation would be to have a throw/blanket for the living room whilst watching tv in the evening, we had to bring the bedding from bedroom but a small blanket would have been perfect! will definitely stay again.
