It was central to sightseeing. The breakfasts next door were good. The last room was very comfortable. Room and laundry service excellent.
The first room I was given had no fasteners on the windows; the second had water coming through the roof near the lightbulb after a downpour and the third was very nice, although the door often jammed.
There was no information available if you were a tourist.
Most of the staff were very pleasant, but one of the receptionists was very rude and contradicted what a previous staff member had said.

Our room was lovely. It had so much light. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. the staff was friendly and attentive and experienced. The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Was ripped off on price. Price online is 78$ a night and we payed $102
The place was not hygienic. Rubbish on the floor, clean towels on the floor, stained sheets

The staff was awesome! They were flexible on checkin and helped us arrange activities. a everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was really big and the bed was comfortable.
It is a little old, but when taking into account cost I don’t think you can really hold that against them.

location was good.. but the reception was unhelping us at early morning except for day time they were avilable. tv was not working alots of them came to get the battery for remote only. restorant food was not good the. elevator very old and u comfertable.. the pruce not fit the room expensive.

The Garden Hotel is a lovely setup in the vicinity of the Colaba touristy area - walking distance from the Gateway/Market/Museum/Cafes. The team was very friendly and hospitable. They were happy to guide/share local tips and also willing to accommodate any requests where possible. The room was pretty decent and catered to all basic requirements. We had a comfortable stay - ended with the nice complimentary breakfast before check out.
Could improve on cleanliness/maintenance of room furnishings. A little more light in the bathroom wouldn’t go amiss.
