Friendly staff and good location.

They ran out of Coke and coffee. The food wasn’t very good. Poor shower.

The staff at Amarelo are amazing! The excellent service starts the moment you enter the front door. All of the staff are polite, smiling, very helpful and make the trip relaxed

Already booked for superior room with queen bed, when I arrived the staff told me that the room for queen bed is fully booked, the problem is why they didn't update their data in booking app, and they already called me twice to confirm my arrival date, why they didn't told me at that call, they told me when I already arrived and because it's already night there's no way I could book or change the hotel. It's a dirty trick. And the gave me a room with three single bed, I don't need that cause we're just two people, and the AC is not cold at all. This is the worst hotel I ever booked in booking app, won't ever come back to this hotel again!

Staff nice and helpful

It's just ok Staff nice and helpful AC not really cooling, pillow s very hard will give stiff neck in morning 😉 However in hotel restaurant not recommended at all very very very slow and the food is very average in competition with the money you pay 👎👎👎👎
