Ok for short stay. Very basic but clean.

Our first night was a disaster. Not only was our bed configuration wrong, forcing one of our teenagers to sleep on the sofa but being told by after hour staff, single bed options weren’t actually an option thus the booking website got it wrong made it worse. Additionally being put in room with broken aircon when other rooms were clearly still available was not helping. However day time staff was extremely helpful to ensure that at least the second night was more pleasant.

I liked the location. I needed to be near the theatre which is only a minute away. I liked the view over the city and how quickly I could get back and watch the cars leave the theatre carpark from my balcony. The room is pretty standard if a little small. But has all the necessities for a brief stay. Staff are really helpful.

The TV was too small. And you only get a partial picture. The toilet was dirty unfortunately. And the corridors and lift are a little creepy at night and could be presented a little more friendly and we lit. It was very clear your in an apartment building and not a hotel. Also lighting in general is poor.

Convenient location. Spacious room with good kitchen and washing machine. Great service from staff

No communication to tell me we had been moved to a different apartment block. Very limited Foxtell channels. No extra blanket in room

We got moved to the Plaza Apartments and the switch was awesome. They ended up giving us a fold away bed for an extra child and was not an issue.
