We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B nestled atop a hill, providing breathtaking views of the town and harbour. Located just a short ten-minute stroll from the marina, this hidden gem offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Ingrid extensive knowledge of the area allowed us to explore the best attractions and dine at delightful restaurants. The location of the B&B was ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda region, with Porto Pervo and pristine beaches only a short drive away. Returning to our room after a day of adventure, we were greeted by a stunning view of the Cannigione, leaving us in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The rooms themselves were immaculate, boasting a harmonious blend of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail was evident, with small touches such as fresh flowers adding a touch of charm to the ambiance. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and we found ourselves instantly at ease in the cozy and inviting atmosphere. In addition to the remarkable accommodations, the tranquility of the surroundings created a peaceful haven, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate. The absence of noise and distractions made our stay even more enjoyable, and we relished in the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world. The hostess was so nice, very helpfull and friendly. Beautiful view and tasty breakfast! The bed was comfortable and the room was big.

Nice view at the breakfast outside, free parking behind the house (although a bit far to bring all our stuff), room decoration was a bit too much for us (more like honeymoon room), room was clean, but very small, also the bathroom was very small. Not very warm welcome, the host looked rather annoyed that we arrived.

We were dissappointed with a breakfast, because the rewies for the breakfast were excellent on Booking and that's was why we chose the accommodation. The breakfast was served, not buffet style, so you couldn't add more juice, the lady just filled half of the glass to each of us. There was no butter, also the lady brought 1 plate with an egg omelette, 1 and half slice of salami and 1 and half slice of cheese, she put it in front of my husband, not saying that this is it what we will get. My husband ate the portion and I was waiting for my portion to arrive....later we realised that there will be no more plate to arrive and that the 1 plate should've been for both of us.....at least she could've say something. The lady serving the breakfast did not give us a warm welcome, she could've at least smile a bit. Very bad energy in the morning coming from her.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff and a fantastic view for breakfast.

The whole property is really gorgeous perched on a hill overlooking the sea with an amazing view. The grounds are kept meticulously and it's a nice retreat to come to after a day of sightseeing/beach. The owner gives you some advice where to visit and is accessible for questions via WhatsApp. There is a nice and varied breakfast that is served to the table every morning and Tatjana is eager to please her guests every day. There is plenty of space to park your car and it's an overall nice location.

The kitchen is only minimally equipped, and one had to get creative when cooking a meal for 4. I expected the bare minimum of salt and pepper and maybe a coffee maker.

The view from the front window of the BnB is just amazing, looking over the whole of the town and the bay. The manager who checked us in was really sweet and caring despite us both being a bit grumpy from a long and very hot journey! Breakfast was delightful with the view, and the staff noticed that we were too hot so moved our table to a cooler spot. Air con worked really well!

The road up to the BnB is single-width and a bit winding! But it's pretty simple to navigate.

Not child friendly. We got complaints about our children being too noisy because it was at a very 'early' hour (7.30 am! Especially considering breakfast is served from 8am). This was inspite of having the largest available apartment, having paid significantly more than a standard room. Also the breakfast is a joke. They give you one portion of mixed bread and literally one plate of eggs for the entire family! Don't bother if you're travelling with kids.

It was a dream! The view is spectacular and Ingrid is amazing. She truly just wants you to have a great time. breakfast was really good on the terrace and the attention to detail in the room was lovely! would highly recommend!

Everything! I loved everything about my stay here! Ingrid is amazing! From check-in to check-out, she made sure that I was happy & needed for nothing. Wifi was fantastic, the view was amazing (I had the double room with balcony & sea view), the bed was super comfortable, & the shower was awesome with plenty of hot water!! I highly recommend B&B Oltremare to everyone!!

The view is amazing, host is friendly, it is nice atmosphere in the b&b. Typical italian breakfast included. Reccomended for a stat at Costa Smeralda.

Poor soundproofing, the bulding and equipment is a bit old.
