Execellent Service

The property was really clean, the staff were really courteous including bellboy and security , very attentive to all our needs. Our room cleaner was the best, forgot her name but she did amazing. The Manager named maam Jen was really attentive and greeted us on our first day. She continued to check on us through out our stay. We stayed with family and the stay was very well remembered due to the best service from staff to management. Kudos to all.

It’s always fun and relaxing to stay here as compared to vivere, bellevue, acacia or somerset. Tried all 4 already. The

We love our stay and we would like to Come back again.

The location is good .it has walking distance to the mall.and the breakfast was pretty good. it is good for both Filipino and foreign people and for the children too.

The cofffe is not so warm/ hot.

索取含具公司名稱地址統編稅..收據之服務態度極差，及傲慢（10/10check out的男性經理），booking.com與Crimson hotel 的差價及合約利潤，不得為難客戶及互推，難取得核銷收據及一開始Crimson即不願開出客戶消費金額的收據。那是booking.com與hotel的事！

Quick stay

The area is clean and looking fresh always.it has an overlooking view outside. There are many facilities to try out.

No refrigirator inside the room as well as you get water outside the hall. There is a food deposit fee if you want to order food dhring your stay which is kind of new to me since i booked different hotels.

It's my go-to place when traveling to Metro Manila for work.

The executive lounge and the staff there are very good. And for work travel, it is a convenient and quiet place to do your work or take meetings with colleagues.

I didnt like that for them a twin bed = 2x single beds. My confirmation says 2x twin beds, so there should be 2 twin size beds in the room - we had 2 single beds. I asked them about this and following their logic, there should be 4x single beds???

location of the hotel and parking especially the security guard name “Amor”. he always greeted everyone that comes into Level 3 parking.

the sprinkler in the toilet was broken.

Great wifi, excercise equipment, pool facilities, and free parking.

We booked a single King bed and we were being forced to accept 2 beds and we had to complain and insist on it. So at least the staff finally agreed. But we had to insist.

Short but comfy stay!

Walkable distance to Filinvest and near to other places like ATC, Molito. Also, it takes around 20-30 mins to/from the airport depends on the traffic. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom necessities were not provided like cotton buds and cotton pads.
