It was absolutely Awful! Terrible! There is no single photo which respond to the reality... Thieves!

Very close to the sea side and nice staff with few exceptions.
I asked for an invoice and they promised they will email it to me. after almost one month they didn't send me any invoice even though i've sent them multiple reminders. they just don't care to answer or maybe they do not want to send me the invoice for my stay. if u need any receipts ask for them on spot, do not trust them, they are not serios.

Clean, very friendly staff, reasonable prices at the restaurant, had some refreshing evening activities (some of the evenings), pool was just great. The beach was REALLY close, not busy at all and very well kept, despite not having a lifeguard.
A bit remote from the centre of Obzor - this was mainly reachable by car, by taking a short cut through the beaches or by walking for a while, though the road suggested by the navigation apps was unlit and had no sidewalk. On the plus side, the town restaurants did deliveries, so food deliveries were available on top of the hotel restaurant.

The location is good if you are not looking for a central crowded area. A calm place with a sea view and lots of swallows ❤ We really liked the fact that they are letting them stay at the terraces. The hotel is good for it's price.
Most of the staff doesn't speak Bulgarian witch is kinda weird. There's no organization and coordination regarding the processes.

Beautiful neigbrhood, quiet location.
Room was not prepated and not equipped, wery cold.

The hotel is good, the location is far from the city, but it has its own beach.
Difficulties in accommodation, the administration works very slowly and clumsily.

It was quiet.
The rooms wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom was dirty, obviously haven’t been cleaned for a very long time. There wasn’t anybody at the reception desk so if we needed something there was nobody to ask.

Not a good place for families with children.
You will be not able to sleep at night because of the young drinking people who are having "fun"next to your apartment.Nobody from the stuff there takes care about this.

Due to the overbooking issue, the manager apologized by checking us in for a 1-night stay in a 4-star complex at their expense.
The price for our stay was extremely low given we had breakfast, dinner, free sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool and beach included. Can't expect more for EUR 15 per night, really :)
Place is calm, nature is great, beach is clean and close to the hotel.
Even though I made the reservation about a month before the trip, the hotel turned up to be overbooked one hour before arrival.

It was at least cheap
There was nothing normal in this hotel. The staff mostly spoke russian, barely english, but did not know Bulgarian. The breakfast was something that maybe the dog would not eat, didn’t offer it to him. There was nobody on the reception desk when we arrived, when we left or whenever we checked or needed something from it. We were accommodated in a random room after waiting for an hour wondering around the hotel... It was just outrageously wrong... Nevertheless, there was the guard guy, who was willing to do everything he could in order to get us a room. The cleaning staff were doing great, but everything else than that - was terribly wrong.
