The good side of our stay is that if you are a construction manager, you can easily monitor all the work done by your employees. Because the view from the balcony is a huge dusty construction site.
The bad and the real side of our stay was the smell of coal dust, warehouses of building materials. There was no trash can in the toilet. The walls are scratched, the floor was soaked. Picking up apartament keys and leaving them in a completely different city, which causes additional discomfort for our stay. A strand of black hair was found in the extra towel. The apartament was poor. The value of money compared to the service being sold is significantly lower.

Good location near the beach
Everything… you had to pick up the keys in another city, 1 hour away. The room smelt like it was a smoking room. There was bedbugs, so our group was all bitten by these and had nasty marks on pur bodies. They have not been helpful with this issue..

Fantastic location, apartment overlooking seaport, beautiful sea view
Beds weren’t very comfy, apartment very expensive, however without ‘wow factor’

We were told we need to pick up the keys from Sopot, a neighbouring town, which is 11 km away- and the pick up needs to be between 2-3 pm, which would have been very inconvenient. The host eventually agreed to come and meet us at the property to give the keys, but it was unnecessarily stressful to have to have the back and forth conversations.
I appreciate it was unfortunate the weather was very windy, but the flat is extremely noisy. The window fixtures are very poor quality and the wind was blowing through the frames. The location would be good but it was tough to reach by taxi as there is a construction site right by the flat. The Sofa bed in one of the bedroom was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The description of the property on Booking.com does not correspond to reality.
1- cleaning may be better
2- extremely modest kitchen equipment, (the plates on the stove are broken, missing garbage bags, tea towel, dishcloth and not least floor cloth).
3- washing machine does not work
4 vacuum cleaner does not work
5- four oversized table lamps but only 2 connectors
6 glass coffee table is not very practical
We have rented the apartment for 10 days. We were promised cleaning and towel change but it did not happen !!! We have contacted Dom & House, during our stay, and made them aware of any shortcomings ... but nothing happened !!!
Shame that the staff at Dom & House do not take their job seriously.

Picking up physical old fashion keys in a different city is a task
After a long travel no one wants to spend more time to obtain keys :)
Pillows were too hard . Only 2 for a queen size bed ???

The view
Low quality for such high price. Apartament had dirty sinks and stained walls. Overall, cleaning could be improved. False advertisement of the viewing deck as it is unaccessible to renters
