SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Low Country Celebration Park is just a quick walk away, this amazing park provides active and passive recreational activities, amenities, and scenic views for families and individuals. The park is minutes away from the Town's award-winning Coligny Beach Park. Escape the cold during the winter months and make this spacious 3-bedroom villa your home away from home. Please call our office to inquire about special monthly pricing and availability. *** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting. SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES. The house was much bigger than we anticipated. It was spotless. Plenty of towels (shower & beach) for our stay. Kitchen very well equipped with cooking and eating ware.

Exceptionally clean condo complex and individual unit! Very spacious condo with large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as plenty of seating in living area. Loved the location where you were right on the beach and right next to Coligny shopping/ restaurants/ bars.

We really enjoyed the property and the condo is very nicely kept. Only a few picky comments. 1) the master bedroom door does not lock which was less than ideal. 2) the master bedroom bed mattress needs replacement. 3) One of the towel bars was missing in the guess bath and should be replaced. Otherwise fantastic.

I loved this property and we had a great stay. This place was extremely clean for a rental which is a huge plus. The location is great, nice amenities as advertised and comfortable. Only minor things I would tweak (no salt and pepper left behind was a first, as it seems they clean out everything). The couches and chairs are not super comfortable, but we were outside most of the time. Overall this was one of the best rentals I have had.

We loved this location and the condo was clean. Check in process was easy. Furniture (especially in living room) is simply worn out. Also, I would not consider this property as having an ocean view. You had to stand in one spot on the main balcony and lean out a bit to see the ocean. Still, the location was so perfect. We would rent again.

Overall this is an excellent property and is just as described. Very clean, great location, excellent communication. Only complaints or issues include no sheets for the sofa bed, the multi-cup coffee pot did not work and the carpet could use replacing. However, not enough issues to prevent us from staying there again.

Our condo was beautiful and very clean and equipped with enough dishwasher and laundry detergent and kitchen utensils that we could concentrate on having fun in the Hilton Head area. They even had plastic containers to store leftovers from restaurants and our own cooking. That was appreciated. The only negative was that the ground crew and some condo units being remodeled made sleeping past 7 or 8am on two weekdays difficult. So we just went to see the beautiful sunrise rather than sleeping in.

This facility and its location was great. It was a quick walk away from the beach, grocery, coffee, lunch, dinner... You get the point. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Will certainly consider renting again.
