No dieron nada a cambio.

I didn’t like that I had to pay much more than I should because one of the staff member gave me wrong information.

Everything just perfect, very good breakfast, perfect location, facilities all good.
The room is super small.
6.0
cleanliness, location
Extremely small rooms, not even the possibility to boil some water or anything. I know small is the idea, but this also comes with the absence of everything but a small plastic cup to drink some water.

Location was great.
Rooms are very small. Amenities were non existent, but that is to be expected with this type of hotel.

For 50 pound a night, hotel in the centre of Oslo, this was a high quality budget hotel. The staff were fantastic, the room was clean. It felt safe for a female solo traveller and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended budget hotel.

Overall, it's good value for money!
The location of the hotel is great to explore Oslo. The staff was very helpful. I really liked the common areas even though we didn't sit there.
In general it's a great hotel for people that want to experience the city and don't intend to spend much time in the room. The room was clean.
There was a lot of noise from the streets when we opened the window but with the window closed it was a little bit too warm.
The sink was so small that water would go everywhere when I was washing my face.
I think a small fridge would be nice to have.

Great location in the city centre. Perfectly adequate for a no frills base to store your belongings and explore Oslo.
Plug sockets in rooms didn’t have usb/usb-c charge points so remember to bring an adapter.
No cupboard space and only 2 hangers provided.

Double room very small, but can't fault on smart design. Great for sleeping in. Missed a kettle in the room

Felt a bit dirty, and the rooms are dark.

Staff were incredibly friendly and supportive and really made the atmosphere in the hotel exceptional. The hotel was very clean and had a nice common area by the reception to relax in the evening. Breakfast was great and a good value for money - the choice of food was great and it was of very high quality. Location is also great, the hotel is located very centrally and a very short walk from main attractions and easy to travel to from/to airport and other interesting parts of Oslo like Holmenkollen. Highly recommended
I liked everything but it would be even nicer to have slightly bigger room. I booked small double which is more appropriate for a single person and I felt it is very small for a couple or two people staying in, there was hardly any space to move around and packing/unpacking was not comfortable as it was very narrow. But overall I didn’t stay in the room for long I was mostly outside and there was plenty of space near the reception to comfortably enjoy the evening which was great.

Location is great :) Small room but we have everything we need for short stay. Digital check in is 👌
Pillows - Please change it. And it will be great if you have ability to book room with small fridge for additional fee.

Call me crazy but I love small hotel rooms. It’s like you have a hostel bed at (almost) hostel price but with your own bathroom and space. Very European
Although I like small rooms, the shower could have been bigger. I’ve stayed at other Smarthotels and they had bigger bathrooms

It was just super fair for what I needed. Great location. Walking distance from everywhere. Nice hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast. Room was small but enough for sleeping, watching tv and great shower.
Make sure you pay the breakfast one day before because if you pay in the time of the breakfast they charge you more :-(

The beds were nice and comfortable.
If they are going to push a “smart” hotel mentality they need to be smarter about the room designs. The small 8m^2 rooms would be suitable if they adjusted their design as there was absolutely zero storage. Therefore, after placing your two suitcases on the floor that takes up your only walking space and you have to walk over them to reach the bed. The bed frame needs to be lifted, to allow for under bed storage for suitcases. The room also needed additional hooks for jackets / other items. Overall, there were many missed design opportunities. The shower was missing the plastic seal on the bottom of the screen causing the bathroom floor to be completely wet after each shower. Two electrical wall plugs were also damaged so adapters would not fit, had to use plugs in the bathroom. Location was slightly inconvenient as not located near the Oslo centeral train station / CBD but rather a 20 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants.
