Beautiful villa with awesome staff

Amazing staff especially Andy, they all went above and beyond and made our experience so comfortable. The villa itself was amazing and we both were amazed when we walked in.

Exceptional

Outstanding villa, plenty of space and privacy, we loved the open living space (kitchen, dining & lounge) which overlooked the stunning pool, the open bathroom & outdoor shower were also a very cool touch, the staff were all very nice. We will be back here on our next stay in Bali

The Villa was magic, But the roads were narrow and tricky to walk in busy traffic, but do-able

Exceptional

The location is great, close to busy spot, but quiet when in villa. We chose to upgrade to a 1 bedroom villa for a discounted rate on check-in and the villa was stunning. Pool was perfect temperature, very private and relaxing. Staff were so sweet and very helpful. Visited the onsite spa for a massage and it was the best we had in our 3 week stay in Bali. Breakfast was cooked for us every morning in our villa, great selection and large servings. Bed was very comfortable. Cleaning was excellent.

Superb

Andy was exceptional. He cooked our breakfast each morning and was polite and full of travel tips and advice. Value for money staying here. Not the newest but for the cost absolutely amazing.

hidden gem

I love the location and how spacious this villa is with beautiful gardens. it’s an easy walk to the beach and off on an easy to get to street. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating and Andy making breakfast is the best way to start the day!

the property is at the stage where it needs a little bit of maintenance here and there but nothing that impacted my enjoyment

great stay! amazing staff, clean, comfortable and modern

My Partner and I had a great time, the villa fulfilled all of our needs and was great for relaxing! The staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind particularly Andy and Sydney. The room was cleaned and serviced daily as well as staff attending to the room each night with mozzie spray and coils to deter the bugs. Breakfast cooked by Andy and Sydney, which was included was amazing!

Poor management, lousy cleanliness, noise; sorry but all together at your hotel

In response to the bad experience we experienced on the first day, they gave us a spa. Thanks... The villa is on very large grounds. Pool and room size are sufficient.

It said there is a coffee machine, there was coffee in a jar. Insects, ants, etc. in the area where the coffee is. I'm not counting things, the environment is incredibly natural. Frankly, I was surprised how this would happen during the pandemic period. Every person who comes in dips his spoon and takes his coffee? Has the spoon touched your mouth before? Is the spoon clean? How can I know..? When I reported this, the authorities did nothing. We are just employees, they said to our boss that I will convey it. Even if you don't have a coffee machine, what if you put a pack of coffee? The first night there were cobwebs in the room, it was to mosquitoes trip in the room everywhere. There is a cover on the bed, but one side was completely open, I don't understand if they thought it would be enough if they protected 3 sides. We remember with a smile now. Pillows and stuff were dirty. When the insect repellent they put in the toilet and bathroom is finished; It was very difficult for me and my wife to use the WC and the bathroom. Lots of natural environments. There are lizards and spiders everywhere. The pool was not cleaned at all in 4 days. I could never get in. The facility was incredibly neglected and old. The lock of the room and outside doors was not working. sometimes it worked. Most of the doors to the room were not unlocked.. I haven't had a bad experience with security but if I did, the hotel owners didn't stand a chance. Because no lock was working. Bluetooth speakers did not work. The one who came later also had an electrical problem. There was barely 1-2 music playing at high volume. You have to listen quietly and sit next to him and have fun. Since the facility is close to the road, there is serious noise in the room. problem while sleeping, especially on busy nights. Unfortunately, we have been in Bali for a month. For the money we paid, our experience was not pleasant at all.

the staff. they were so friendly and helpful.

since it’s a villa u bound to get insects which I’m not a big fan. but it’s just a minor set back.

very relaxing place to unwind and chill

The pool and gardens were beautiful. Andy our butler was an absolute delight - cooking us delicious breakfast and helping with shopping.

bed was a little hard and got a little noisy at time from beach club and neighbours dogs.

Fantastic Villa, highly recommended

On arrival we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa, it was huge, spotlessly clean and had a fantastic swimming pool. We were delighted we chose Villa Bali Asri, we just couldn't fault it. Our son joined us from Australia so it was great we could all stay in the same villa. Any and Kriss cooked breakfast for us in our villa each morning, they are amazing. We enjoyed a spa session which was a very good price, thoroughly enjoyed it; we also had our laundry done for an extremely reasonable price. We really were sorry to leave, the villa and the staff are amazing. Thank you, we loved our stay with you.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - in fact I won’t stay anywhere else now!

So beautiful - attention to detail and helpful staff. Andy you’re the best!! I never wanted to leave!

Zero - a bit of a hike to all the “usual Bali hotspots” and shopping but I simply hopped on a bike for a lift to the centre for shopping etc. Close to a nice beach and beachside cafes too.

Superb

Nice villa. Super big and cozy. Five star service. Fantastic room with lots of art. Quiet, lush green. Spacious living room and quite complete kitchen.

Bathroom is not so clean, a lot of hairs on the stone floor (I know it's hard to clean the stones, but luckily we are normally backpackers so it wasn't any problem. But for luxurious travel it can be an issue)
