Good one, would go to great if the ACs are fixed in the common areas

The location is good to reach other places. The property is clean and neat but the AC is not on in full force in the common areas which is a dampener during the summer heat. Wish this could be fixed. ACs in my Queen room were facing away from the bed that did not give enough cooling immediately Apart from this breakfast was apt and nicely prepared

don’t think pahar ganj would be an option for me in the future

the rooms are generally nice but their other outlets in the city are much cleaner

they have a very early check out time which is fine but unlike other properties do not have a lounge space where you can hang out with clean amenities - I went to use what was available and could not enter the room. in comparison the link road branch is way way way better- also wish they had a loyalty program to honour guests who have stayed with them for long or like me stay there prettt kuch always but they make no exceptions

The staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was very busy and not safe for women. The room was not very clean, there were insects all over the bathroom. Would ideally like a full refund.

The location is not a nice area of New Delhi, lots of noise pollution at night from trains and also people on the streets.

Modern, well fited, well located, excellent price/quality ratio

Very good location, very close to New Delhi Railway station, Airport Metro Express and New Delhi’s bazaar’s zone, plenty of local restaurants. Also at a walking distance (20 min) from Old Delhi. Premises are new and modern, the staff is very supportive (they changed my room because of the weak wifi signal). Breakfast correct. AC also provides heater. Most of the rooms are interior, so the anoying traffic noise of the main street does not disturb your rest.

great value for money but small rooms and quite noisy

the hotel was nice but the bedrooms were very tiny, it’s ok for a night or two not more otherwise you’re a bit cramped

the location is central but next to the railway station so lots of people coming and going, and lots of noise

Great choice in Paharganj

Good location in Paharganj. Surprisingly well insulated from noise outside. Beautiful old art deco building with central courtyard. Very nice and helpful staff.

breakfast selection was great, wifi worked well enough, hot water, check in process

our room was facing the busy street, which made it impossible to have a good sleep. The room was tiny and floor was dirty.

Excellent budget choice near the station.

Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was spotless. The room and terrace were great. The staff was helpful. Proximity to railstation was superb. 5 min walk.

The shower was good but more power would have been nice.

Location and property is so good, but they really need to work on their staff.

Very budget friendly hotel Good cleanliness and rooms are well kept Hotel staff good Good proximity to ND railway stn

Poor options at breakfast but manageable. Very small room with no window. No wall hooks or small wardrobe for clothes. Was a bit of a struggle with 2 adults and a kid The immediate surrounding area is chaotic and untidy. Makes it difficult to walk from hotel to stn. Can manage with rickshaws though

Small room with great facilities, very clean and neat. The staff were super attentive, accommodating n warm heated. They helped us a lot in exchanging money, book tuk tuk, gave some helpful advice. The hotel looked great too. I loved the public area with complimentary tea, coffee and Macbook.

In hustle n bustle, complicating Pahaganj No soundproof, no fridge

employee attitude is very poor towards guest. specially senior management is very rude and unprofessional. zero hospitality.Security guard was more positive then other staff.
