Bad value for money, insect in the room

Bad value for money Presence of a lot of small insect in the room No privacy in the balcony Price wasn't the same as mentioned in booking Wifi not working in the room Very small pool only for kids Hand sanitizer was used by the previous guest and not changed even after claiming Breakfast the same during all our stay, same menu

I would stay again.

Overall very nice and plesant. Breakfast was good. Swimming was lush and staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Gardens very well kept.

There was no wifi connection in the rooms. We had to sit on the balcony to get reception and even then it was very low. The hot water in showers was not very hot. Lets say it was warm.

The breakfast was good. The parking availability.

A Very Far location, from the city center. The stuff seems in hurry and not focused with guests, and don't have the time to answer your questions. The room was very small. the price was very expensive. the swimming pool was not clean. you have to wear swimming glasses, also it felt a bad smell.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Only the cleaning staff are excellent, the restaurant and breakfast staff are excellent.

I booked the room and paid in advance the specifications requested by the garden view and accompanied by my wife and son of 5 years. and on the date of my arrival at the hotel, they told me that there was no room on the garden, but there was only one room left, and I had no choice and did not provide a bed for my son. They told me that I had to pay an additional amount for the small bed. Thanks.

property not clean, broken furniture, door handles, balcony door, dirty carpets ( hallway didn’t get hoovered for 2 days)

The room is wide enough and well equipped. The staff are very helpful . The location of the hotel is very beautiful. The parks are all green and wonderful

Comfy, could be much better.

The staff was overall nice. the place is clean and comfy.

the location of the hotel is inconvenient; no decent restaurants or stores around. The food was ghastly; couldn’t get worse.

Good evening I hope this email find you in good health and spirit I want to say a many things about that hotel i want my money to be back because the room is not like shower in your application no one is in the reception the toilet wasn’t clean full of water the smell was disgusting and we call the reception more than 10 times no one is answering please I want my money back as soon as possible because I always use the booking for the reservation but from now i can’t be trust
