Great place to stay and great people runs it too. Would definitely come back and stay there. Close to everything. 10/10 place

It was probably my worst experience ever my whole life. We arrived at the Hotel and we could not find the Reception, we then called the Hotel number and the gentleman who was there he just hang up our Call. When we finally found the Reception, the tall man who was there was so rude and not accommodating at all. He gave us a dirty room which we have attached the pictures below which we took just after we Checked In. The room was so unclean from the blankets to the toilet. They was hair everywhere and then we couldn’t sleep because they was smoke smell and noise from the road and also we couldn’t close the window. We reached out to the receptionist and he came and said they was nothing he could do and he can only change the room if we will extend. That was the worst stay ever. Don’t book this Hotel please. I cannot recommend the hotel. I spent over 30€ a night and there must be better options. Here's why: I checked in at 6 AM and clearly woke the receptionist (most likely owner) out of a deep sleep. No smile, no welcome, no English. She couldn't find my booking so it took forever to get to a room. I'm not sure if my room was even up for being rented because it wasn't clean, there was no handle on the door, there was no hot water and no water pressure in the shower. It just dripped and the whole bathroom smelled to toilet. The breakfast was served late 9-11 AM and was instant coffee, some cucumbers and tomatoes (those were actually delicious), boiled eggs, bread, a salad and sausages. The area is also kind of boring, you have to walk long ways to get to the action. At check out she did smile once and that's all the good I have to say about this place.

Conveniently located hotel with very friendly staff. All small issues were resolved immediately. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel in a historic area, you've found it.

I cannot point out any issues that would seriously affect the quality of my stay.

People who work in the hotel: you can feel like you visit your own relatives you haven't seen for a long time. You can find such hospitality there. And I don't mean just service, for instance, breakfast or new towels and etc, but humanity itself. You can be provided with any info you need, get any help, or just a small talk before leaving. You can feel like home there, not just one more random guest.

Not the best hotel number, sometimes you need to wait for some time to get hot water, or can find some streaks wallpapers, but there time has past since my visit, so there have changes happened. And some rooms have nice balconies.
