J'avais spécifié que nous voulions 2 lits or nous avons eu une chambre avec deux sommiers et deux matelas mais seulement une seule couette à peine assez grande pour les recouvrir.De plus le rideau occultant n'était pas assez grand et on ne pouvait pas faire l'obscurité.

Location is perfect. Smack bang in the centre. Staff was exceptionally friendly. And … the hotel is not very expensive. If we go back to Annecy we will stay in the IBIS for sure !!

The location is perfect 2km away from the lake, you have a parking right around the corner and the view is amazing you have a flowing river just in front of you

The room was great, had a nice view of the canal. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in downtown Annecy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The parking garage is very convenient, but fills up on the weekend. Spaces are probably pretty typical in size, but are really meant for much smaller cars.

Great location. The reception staff were very helpful. David behind the bar was busy doing everything preparing and serving food as well as drinks but was still very attentive and pleasant towards the guest. Great guy!
Shower gel 😌 had a massive allergic reaction.
