Our whole stay was lovely. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy to find.

Price for the food in the restaurant was very expensive and not much to choose from for my children.

The walls could do with freshening up. They have dirt marks etc, maybe just a clean over and a bit of paint to make the rooms look more presentable.

I very disappointed that they close the bar at 10.40pm and told us we had to leave the bar at 11pm. A member of staff was very unhelpful when we approached him.

The entrance and the restaurant are in a very beautiful building. Great location, easy to find.

The inn part was in a different building. The rooms were very basic, the walls were all marked up and the bathrooms did not feel very clean. Not quite what I expected for the price.

the beds and pillows are so hard, so I didn’t sleep well and my body is in pain.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big enough with towels provided. The access into the lodge where we stayed was simple by use of a keycard system.

The staff at breakfast time were not very forthcoming with information or explaining what was on offer. They did not advise that croissants and pan au chocolate were not available until after we ordered. It was not made clear we could have the continental breakfast included if we ordered the full cooked breakfast. The bar food was expensive considering they are a chain. The bathroom like a lot of hotels has a bath with a shower curtain which is cumbersome and leaked onto the floor.
