安く泊まれた

夫婦と子ども二人，格安料金で泊まれた。チェックアウトは追加の支払いがなければカードキーをポイッとボックスに投入するだけなので簡単だった。

風呂の排水口の掃除がしていなくてつまった。自分で簡易的に処置をしておいたが，結構大事なところなので気を付けて見ておいてほしいところ。へやのあかりが明るいかくらいかの二択しかなかってので，調光システムがあればよかったです。

駅近くで利便性良し

ウェルカムドリンク、朝食サービスがあるのが嬉しい。ホテルのすぐ下がコンビニにっていて便利。近くに繁華街があり夕食の場所に困らなかった。

朝食のメニューが少なかった。隣接の駐車場は背が低い車しか停められず、少し離れた駐車場を探さないといけなかった。

Our overall stay was comfortable despite the false alarm

The location to two rail stations is very convenient. Hotel staff were both professional and courteous. Breakfast and access to refreshments and reading materials is a nice offering.

We experienced a false fire alarm and we’re asked to evacuate. I believe that the smoke detector was activated by steam from the bathroom.

The hotel is near the station. We had also a nice view and good breakfast. The name of the hotel speaks for itself, “comfort”. Affordable price with an excellent stay.

A decent room and facilities for the price

The location of the hotel was ideal for travelling around the prefecture and local sites with easy access to the JR and Meitetsu train lines. The room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast was the same. Simple cereal, sausages, egg, bread, rice, yoghurt, etc. A convenience store was right outside the hotel for quick food, drink or whatever else was requried.

Unfortunately due to it being a winter month, the hotel AC was set to only provide warm air, so hot sleepers didn't get any relief as the windows were kept closed to keep out insects. The pillows provided were also rather solid and did take some getting used to. As standard in Japanese accomodation the bath was only big enough to sit in with legs crossed, not the most relaxing after a day of walking.

Great value and great location!

Checking in is super easy because the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room has enough space for my luggage and for me to walk around comfortably. The hotel is right across from the train station, too!

Everything was great this time around. The A/C worked fine, the bed was good, and the amenities provided were more than enough to make my stay a great one!

it’s one of the great deals

location, front staffs are nice, free breakfast and fast internet connection

it’s tough to get in the elevator before 8 am as it’s very crowded, but once I found that they offer their employees elevator in specific hours, it wouldn’t be an issue.

Convenient and comfortable hotel for a short stay!

Although the staff who helped me check in did not speak to me in English, she was extremely clear and patient while I tried to understand her. She made my experience checking in smooth and easy. Also, the room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and had a great view of the station!

Not having the option to turn on the air conditioner was the only downside (it's the winter season). My room was in an upper floor, and even with the heater off, the room was too warm and stuffy. I also wasn't allowed to open the window.

Better than adequate.

Breakfast

We could smell cigarette smoke wafting into our room. We were told not to use the stairs. We were staying one floor above the lobby, but had to wait for the elevator every time we went anywhere.

Comfortable and clean room, good breakfast

Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Location, very close to Gifu Station and convenience store. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great! They also provide free welcome drinks from 14:00 to 24:00.
