离大白塔很近非常方便花园很漂亮大厅很漂亮早餐也不错

房间里面有点老了房门经常打不开牙刷非常硬前台把二个房间的早餐都算错了 checkout 要非常注意账单

Not the level of a 5* hotel. Service employee very nice, miss managed, breakfast buffet good.

The hotel is not in the best condition, there are many things that do not work properly or are poorly maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were average, the furnishings are a bit outdated. The simple staff and service staff very friendly. In my opinion, the hotel is poorly manged.

I liked the breakfast. Dinner was good. Could be better with more veg options. Room was pretty clean and staff was very polite. I appreciate the late check out which is of much help for guests who are supposed to travel to further locations from Hyatt as it gives them time to wait for their transport and have sufficient breakfast before they leave.

My key card was not working properly and had to take help of staff for multiple times which could have been avoided after I informed the same to housekeeping. Further, I was on my honeymoon, which I had mentioned at the reception and also while booking, but the only thing they could arrange for me was room decoration for which I had to remind at the reception for a couple of times. Had this been taken care of earlier, it would have been a surprise for my wife. Also if they can arrange a candle light dinner in private for guests on their special occasions, then it would make their stay more worthwhile and special.

Disappointed

The food was wonderful and the staff helpful.

The room was worn and tired, the balcony was covered in bird poo a man was working on it so I couldn’t use it. There was nothing in the mini bar.

Beautiful hotel but too crowded

The Hyatt is a beautiful building in lovely, park like grounds. The club king room with Stupa view was great with extensive views. Breakfast was good with a wide choice but extremely crowded on occasion. It is possible to walk to Bodinath Stupa or take a short taxi ride, where there are quiet, pedestrianised streets with interesting shops and cafes.

The club benefits were overpriced and underwhelming. There was a very restricted menu for drinks and the snacks were limited and poor. There was a huge business conference staying while we were there and staff were completely overwhelmed, so service wasn't great, although not the fault of the staff. This is a five star hotel and we would have expected a better club experience.

Exceptional

The breakfast is really nice, and the overall ambience of the hotel was great. It is just 500 m from the Stupa area which is a good place to shop for Tibetian and Nepali artifacts. Taxis are available late till night. Also, not too far from the airport as well.

The booking .com number of hotel was not reachable when we were outside the hotel. Swimming pool could have been a bit warmer. But overall a great stay.
