Clean room.
The hotel name is misleading and it is not connected to Tokyo Station.

The location of the hotel was great, just a couple of blocks away from the Tokyo Station. The rooms were a good size for a central Tokyo hotel. The staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to any waiting a clean and well located hotel.
I wish that the staff had recommendations for restaurants.

very small rooms which is not unusual in Tokyo but for two people we were literally bumping into each other very tight quarters

They don't have 24/7 house keeping as well as they don't keep microwave in the rooms and the trash are too too small

The Location is perfect. It is super comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.

the location is perfect. Near most of the shopping areas and good dining places. It’s like a home away from Home! You walk out and you have a kitchen and dining area! Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly!

No dedicated signboard downstairs to indicate the hotel lobby, for first timer, it would be a challenge to look for the entrance.
