Большой, удобный номер ( с боковым видом) Отличное спальное место, мягкие подушки, отличный матрас, белое постельное бельё, много полотенец. Всё чистое, без следов. Приветливый и вежливый персонал Уборка каждый день, смена белья каждый день. Воду, кофе, молоко в номер добавляют каждый день Еда в ресторане разнообразная, свежее не повторяющееся меню, можно сделать выбор Чистый бассейн и территория Wf хороший и стабильный Есть магазинчик внутри отеля ( сигареты, снеки, питьё, крема от загара и т.д)

1. Напитки вечером платные,начиная от чая и заканчивая бокалом вина 2. Когда заехали в номер, там были орехи, конфеты и печенье, забрали в тот же день, потому-что нужно оставлять депозит. В такой ценовой позиции, отель мог бы и оставить эти угощения…просто не приятно ( детям, когда они этого не обнаруживают) 3. Очень тихий отель, не знаю, хорошо это или плохо, но детям можно вечером предложить какие-то развлечения, просто скучно. 4. Очень! Очень далеко от центра и развлечений, с пробками ехать минут 40 5. Советую пользоваться только желтым такси ( городским) оно приезжает всегда и везет по счетчику.Заказать его можно прямо в отеле. Остальные, якобы такси очень наглые и ваш счет от центра до отеля может составить 450 дирхам ( я в такой ситуации, просто не отдала такую сумму и пригрозила полицией) открыл дверь и выпустил из машины

Absolutely wonderful place

Hotel at the highest level, excellent staff and amazing service (special thanks to Gwen from the Serafina bar). Clean large room with a nice view from the balcony. Room had an endless supply of water and clean towels Excellent quality and quantity of food. Highly recommended

Waldorf Astoria is definition of highest quality

Beautiful luxury accommodation in Waldorf Astoria met my expectations in every aspect. Nice clean room, large quiet beach for guests, helpful stuff, wonderful breakfast. But, thats not surprise, in Waldorf Astoria always expecting the best.

Swimming in the pool and at the beach is allowed only until sunset and fitness center open until 10PM.

Einfach Top und Genial

Extrem grosse Frühstücksauswahl. Super grosses und schönes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal vom Empfang bis zu den Mitarbeitern am Strand. Sauberer und schöner Sandstrand. Blaues Wasser am Meer, welches fast mit den Malediven zu vergleichen ist. Eindeutig zu empfehlen!

Roomservice war fast etwas nervig, weil das Personal unbedingt die Zimmer 2x am Tag reinigen wollte.

Zustellbett statt zwei Betten für die dritte Person nicht richtig sauber im Zimmer Personal nicht besonders freundlich Preis der von Booking com bestätigt wurde in Euro nicht eingehalten einfach fast 400€ mehr berechnet auf Grund der Währung obwohl der in Euro bestätigt wurde und in Euro bezahlt wurde alles in allem enttäuschend zumal wir von einem Waldorf Astoria reden und das in Deutschland ja sehr gute Hotels sind

Exceptional The room was comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view. The interior of the hotel and the room is luxurious, clean and well sanitized. Friendly and accommodating staff. Dinner buffet was excellent and Special thanks to Nadeesha, Chandima and Govi and all the staff in the restaurant, . Their customer service was exceptional, was Beyond what you would expect from a luxury hotel.

Wouldn't go back

I liked the aesop toiletries in my room

From start to finish my experience at this hotel was dreadful. Staff's attitude is appalling, speed of service is horrific and you don't feel special or relaxed at all. I mean who has to collect there own luggage from the luggage room which is back of house, smelly and has hundreds of bags inside...

Perfekt für einen Relax-Urlaub

Sehr schönes und angenehmes Hotel mit eigenem Strand. Für Ruhesuchende gibt es auch einen Adults only Pool. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstücksbuffet blieb kein Wunsch offen. Ebenso mit den Restaurants und Snacks am Strand und Pool waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt abgelegen vom Trubel und ist ideal zum Relaxen. Der Weg in die Stadt ist daher aber auch etwas weiter. Wir kommen in Zukunft gerne wieder.

Durch andere Rezensionen waren wir schon vor der Baustelle neben dem Hotel bereits gewarnt. Im Strand- und Poolbereich im Norden und in unserem Zimmer war diese nicht wahrzunehmen. Als Buchungstipp: In den nächsten Monaten würde ich ein Zimmer oder die Strandliegen im Südbereich wegen dem Baulärm eher vermeiden.

Exceptional & luxurious facilities

The resort facilities and the attention to the small hospitality details is what makes this property exceptional by all means. Waldorf Astoria amazed me by the quality of the rooms, comfort of the beds, staff friendliness,in room dine in and the exceptionally luxurious facilities.

Room was in front of the power plant, horrible view and very noisy. Some cheap fixtures in the room itself (Kleenex, toilet paper), no plugs. Very standard and not what one would expect

Excellent hotel

Hotel is very clean, staff were super friendly. It was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The service is excellent throughout. All the staff were very helpful, no request is too much. Great facilities at the hotel. The lady who checked us in on day 1 I forgot her name but she was very welcoming to us especially my kids.

If you want a nice beach holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city then the palm is perfect. However during the rush hour it can take around an hour to drive to downtown.

Luxury hotel with fabulous facilities, food, fab staff and great location!

Couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms were large,clean and very comfortable. Lovely bedlinen and aircon was really quiet. Pools and beach were staffed well and plenty sun beds for everyone with strict management of their allocation which worked well. The food in all the restaurants and by the pool was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Schönes Hotel, Lage schlecht, Service dringend verbesserungsfähig.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit, auch bei der Reklamation des Zimmers (Lage auf Baustelle). Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer erhalten; dieses war jedoch ebenfalls nicht ruhig gelegen.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht. Die Lage ganz Ende der Palm viel zu weit weg von allem. Frühstückservice nicht vorhanden, niemand fragte nach weiteren Café-Wünschen, Teller wurden mehrmals nicht abgeräumt. Restaurants zu teuer, jedoch gute Qualität. Beim Auschecken half uns niemand mit den Koffern, obwohl dies mit dem BellCaptain abgemacht war. Wir hieften die vier Koffer selber nach unten. Limousinen-Service: Fahrer spricht kein Englisch und war sehr ungepflegt, Rezeption hat ihm unsere Destination nicht mitgeteilt.

Fantastic hotel and stay!

Absolutely wonderful place - full of lovely, friendly and professional staff. The hotel and our room was beautiful, large and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and there was an 'adult only' pool, which we used. The service was exceptional in restaurants and by the pool. Highly recommended and we will be back!

المطاعم عالمية أقصد مطعمين شرق آسيوي وايطالي. مطعم الاوتيل ما جربته , مطعم lao شرق آسيوي ممتاز جداً الشيف أندنوسي ، والأطباق رائعة ، المطعم الثاني social إيطالي فنااااان مرة . السرير مريح الموظفون يحاولون تقديم أفضل ما لديهم لكن اتوقع لديهم مشكلة في إدارة الاوتيل اللاونج في الدور الخامس ممتاز لمن يريد إنجاز أعماله. شكرا كليوباترا قدمت لما خدمة رائعة وكذلك كامل الفريق في اللاونج. الخدمة حول المسبح ممتازة الغرفة لاباس بها لكن يوجد أفضل منها بنفس السعر. يوجد مسبح للكبار فقط. الاوتيل مزدحم جدا يوم السبت وفاضي الجمعة والخميس. لدي بطاقة هيلتون دايموند استفدت منها في المطاعم تخفيض. الشاطيء لاباس به لكن يحتاج عناية في النظافة والترتيب والتنسيق. الإنترنت ممتاز بالنسبة لي خيار لاباس به لكن قد لا يتكرر لأسباب سأذكرها

تأخير تسجيل الدخول أكثر من 20 دقيقة انتظار في الطابور. وقد شاهدت منظر تكدس النزلاء مرارا عند الاستقبال مهما كان عدد الموظفين قليلا توجد حلول كثيرة. فعلا إدارة الاستقبال سيئة جدا. بعض الفنادق يتعاملون مع ضغط الاستقبال بتوجيه الضيوف إلى قاعة الشاي أو المطعم أو منطقة استراحة . يوم السبت كان مزدحم لذلك تتأخر طلبات الغرف وينسون اصلا انك طلبت حمامات المسابح في آخر النهار لم تكن نظيفة. المسابح مافيها أجزاء مظللة يغلق المسبح الساعة 7 انت في منتجع وفي الصيف المفترض يفتح حتى 10 أو 9 مثل بعض الفنادق حقيقة توجد فنادق بنفس السعر لكن أفضل منه. لكن للأمانة الموظفين يحاولون تقديم أفضل ما لديهم. عموما لاحظت مؤخرا أن من يحجز عن طريق بوكنج تتم معاملته بطريقة أقل درجة ممن يأتي بحجز عن طريق آخر . لابد من بوكنج أن ينتبهو لهذا .
